I just came here on the way to the car dealership to get my car detailed. It was bad customer service experience from the intercom to getting my food. The gentleman giving me the food had no "Thank you for ...." He didn't ask me if I wanted jelly or napkins. I will bypass this one everytime. I don't come on this side town a lot. When I do, this location continues to be the same. You have lost a customer.

I called multiple times nobody answered the phone, I ordered my child a happy meal. Somebody thought it was funny to put 3 cookies in a nugget container instead of the 6pc chicken nugget I ordered for the happy meal. Horrible service just horrible!!!

None of the food was fresh but stale and dry. Its truly sad that I must request freshly cooked food every time and waste more time waiting for it to get done

For the last few times I have stopped here before I go to work the service has been horrible, they served me an frappe with no caramel or didn’t offer the mocha instead because the truck hasn’t assured, my husband asked for light ice on his drink and got extra ice as well as extended attitude while getting what we didn’t all got and still paid full price for bad set ice. I would like a refund as well as accommodation for my order.

The woman at the window is always so friendly and always verifies the order before asking for payment. EVERYTIME .The entire morning staff are so friendly. it's one of the better ones I've been to. And a bonus:: their ice cream machine is always working!!! 😊😊😊

I order through Uber Eats for McDonalds. And My food was HOT. I ordered 2 Fish sandwich combo.Thanks to the people that cooked & The Delivery person. The date 5/29 at 00:22. Today I decided to drive to the Hampton Store and picked up 2 Flaps. A Pleasant experience. Hats off to the great employees at this location. BIG THANKS

I really don't eat McDonald's that often, but I downloaded the app and they have great offers on the app. So it's convenient to order and drive up with no problem. Customer service was okay.

The manager kept the flow going between drive thru & counter orders. And it seemed busy. There was a couple of customers with order issues and he took care of them as well. There was employees constantly cleaning. I was very impressed.

I went to this McDonald's on July 9th and the breakfast was amazing. Great costumer service, the guys that took our order were so nice I believe one of them is a manager . I went today and the costumer service was great! The food was warm, they gave us enough syrup and butter, and again, the guy that took our order I believe one of them was the manager, were super nice! Definitely coming here again
