On our way back from vacation and we had a flat. Got the spare on and went to McDonough. The guys there were very to the point and helped us out. They were able to find me a good used tire to replace the one ruined by a large hunk of metal and got us back on the road in short order. The place isnt much to look at but its a tire shop and they had everything set up to do work. Thank for helping me and my family get back on the road and not break the wallet.

Poor customer service. I had one guy come ask which tire was bad then sent someone else to check the tire, he ask which one was bad and once I told him he said he couldn’t get to my tire because he was working on another car. He also stated that the guy that came out first wasn’t any help.

When I pulled up this company this man was sleeping. When I asked for assistance he did not acknowledge me. When I asked for help he stated that he wasn’t going to help. I went inside and tried to find someone else for assistance

Glad it was open 24 hrs but they knew I needed a tire because I was broken down on the side if I-75 and charged me $210 for a $130 tire.

Worst service ever, no one wants to do any work. Everybody just sitting around looking. Some of the workers don't even know how to take a tire off. Had to wait almost a hour just to plug a tire. This place is a waste of time. Do even stop for air.

Had a flat tire traveling from Florida to Ohio late on Good Friday. They were quick and friendly. My daughter and I was back on I75 within 15 minutes. So grateful!

24 Hour Tire Stores are such a blessing! While traveling, I needed to find somewhere open on Sundays and I'm so glad this shop came up on my search. Nice, funny and no nonsense older gentlemen greeted me, kindly, took care of my issue quickly and had me back on the road in less than 30 minutes.
