This was a 1st time here found them on online they had some of the best reviews, it was 5 stars service from the time I came in! I had a tire repair, Earnest did an amazing job the time I was give to wait was on point the store was spotless and the service I saw was on point for every one. I was soo pleased I’m traveling and the set my mind at ease checking my tires and fixing the issue. I was recommended them to everyone! Thank you 🙏🏾 and will be sharing this with my family who lives local too!!

My experience with Tire South was superb. Customer service was absolutely great. I was there way longer than expected but the beauty of that is Garrett (staff member) checked on me and kelp I inform to what was going on and the reason for the delay. Wife ran over a screw and this was the closest place to her place of employment. The place looks very inviting so I did not hesitate to stop. Greeted with enthusiasm as soon as I walked in. Not knowing what to expect as my vehicle has run flat tires. The guy went out and took a look at my issue and told me it would be no problem. Offered me beverages and snacks while I wait. After my car was done, another gentleman closed me out and explained to me how run flat tires worked. Very impressed by the customer service. The have gained a new customer. Thank You.

Peter was awesome today when I was there for my oil changed he walked outside to me ask me what he could help me with and set up my oil changed. He also informed me that it was about time for a new set of tires and then set the order and appointment up to have the tires installed and also a alignment. These guys are awesome and I will be back many more times to come I am sure.. Thanks Peter you were freaking awesome

Excellent reliable service. Our salesperson that assisted with the repairs was Gerald Sheets. He was very helpful with locating the parts we needed and tending to what we needed. Everyone overall is knowledgeable and friendly. Prices are reasonable. We have been customers for quite some time, and we wouldn’t trust to go anywhere else. Not to mention very comfortable and accommodating waiting area.

Absolutely the best costumer service. The staff welcomed me when I walked in the door. The facility is clean and looks great inside. I came in to get my tire fixed (nail). Not a long wait at all. The staff members were extremely friendly and interact with the customers. I would recommend to come get service done here. Great job Tire South McDonough 🤗

I was referred to Tire South by someone as I was looking to install a level kit and new tires on my truck. Jason took care of me as soon as I walked in and explained what I was looking for. He did some research and assisted me in selecting a tire that would fit with level and complete the look I wanted with the truck. We had a small minor rub with one tire and Jason again worked diligently to resolve. With a minor adjustment after a couple of attempts it has been perfect. The service was exceptional, the price reasonable and follow up after the sale is excellent. I recommend a visit to Tire South if you are looking for custom work.

Thank had been researching wheels for a couple of weeks and finally found the exact wheels that I wanted but I couldn’t find a shop that could get them until I spoke with Jason at tire south. Jason was awesome. Jason listened to what I wanted and didn’t try to sell me what he thought I should have. He took the time to make sure what I wanted was safe and would not alter the performance of my new car. My new wheels and tires came very fast and tire south had me scheduled to come in the very next day and within two hours my baby had new shoes that looked beautiful!! Can’t wait till spring hits. Jason and the team at Tire South provided me with great, detailed, professional customer service. They were knowledgeable and I do not regret entrusting my car to them.

My rear wheel was damaged by a bar folder even the guy that looked at it said it was. The owner said he wouldnt do anything yo fix the damage and he wasnt responsible after it left. Do not take you high dollar wheels here cause they will damage them and wont own up to their mistake and make it right.
