Hands down one of the best dealerships around. Rodney Moody was absolutely awesome! I’ve been to several other dealerships in the area and none compared. It’s simply more than just selling cars here. They care about the customers and want to get you what you want. I went in on a Friday night and spoke with Rodney about what I wanted and my budget which was the most important thing; I was given several options and two hours later, I walked away in a brand new 2022. He really respected and honored my budget and did not try to sell a dream. This place felt like family for sure. So if you are in need of a vehicle look no further! This place is awesome!!! The customer service from every member of the team was absolutely wonderful and to top that off, they love the kids as well!!!!

Today I went in to have my car serviced at Bellamy Strickland Chevrolet Buick GMC before dropping my car off, and I was informed that there would be a $140 diagnostic fee. I asked the lady (unfortunately, I don’t remember her name) that was processing my car why didn’t she tell me when I made the appointment that there would be this fee? “She told me that she did not have the time to go into details with every customer on the phone” I explained to her it would have been nice to know that there was a fee because I was not expecting to pay that fee. The lady pulled out this list that listed all the warranties they didn’t take; of course, my warranty was on the list; this meant I would have to pay the diagnostic fee and repair or find a location that would accept my extended warranty. The lady I spoke with accused me of being angry because I wanted to know why this was not mentioned when I made the appointment; she also asked if I expected it to be free in a sarcastic voice. I told her I just spent $900 across the street on tires at Bellamy Strickland, so why would I expect it to be free. In the Future, the service department should advise the customer when making the appointment; there is a $140 service fee and ask if they are using a warranty for service. Had the lady done this, I would not have wasted my time and taken up an appointment space. The sign was not displayed until after I mentioned I had a warranty. Follow- up I called John Miles Chevrolet the same day and made a appointment, they took my warranty information over the phone and explained that there was diagnostic fee that I would have to pay if the item that needed repaired was not covered under warranty. They checked me in with no problem and explained everything to me again. The diagnostic determined that I needed a new battery , so I paid the fee as well as the price of a new battery. I am updating this review because the service representative insinuated I wanted something free and that was not the case. Customer service matters and everyone should be treated with respect and dignity. The female service representative assumed I wanted something free and that was not the case.

I came in to have my tire sensor monitor repaired. I told the rep to also change the oil while I was there. After waiting an hour and a half, I got my car back and only the oil had been changed. When I asked about the tire sensor, the rep said “oh it’s $149” as if I didn’t have $149 to pay for it. She then said “we may not even have the sensor.” I’m not sure why this wasn’t explained at the beginning of my visit, but I assure you I will never return to this location. I felt disrespected and left without my sensor being repaired.

Due to this, I have started taking my vehicles to another location where my confidence in the service is unquestionable. I get a diagnostic report monthly on all my vehicles, yet last year I was told a 2016 model vehicle needed a new motor. No problems were ever noted in any diagnostic report indicating the motor was having issues. I have always liked this dealership and have done business here for some years now. Would like to see my confidence restored.
