I had issues with an engine light staying on with my vehicle. Had several repairs done by previous mechanic, but engine light still remained lit. Former mechanic failed to communicate consistently regarding my car and held my car for 14 days without any results and close to $2000 in cost. I took my car to point to point and the service department was excellent! They kept me abreast of the issues with my car and they were able to fix my engine light problem. Point to Point was Excellent and I definitely will be contacting them again if I have any repair needs. Services: Engine repair, Oil change, Auto emissions testing, Auto engine diagnostic

The repairs were done as promised, the quality of work was exceptional and and very prompt service! I highly recommend Point to Point! There service is by far the best in the industry! I took my Chrysler 300 2010 to Point to-Point for a problem with starting up in The mornings when the engine was cold. Miss Chrissy was very helpful and kept me informed about my car even though the company was very very busy. I Had an extended warranty on my vehicle and the warranty company was giving her a hard time about the repair work(fuel pump) she stayed on it and got them to pay for their part of the repair charges. I took the car home 2 days later because they had to wait for parts, unfortunately the repair that was done didn’t completely resolve the problem, so I had to take car back for additional diagnostics. Ms Chrissy was very prompt in getting my car checked right away and got diagnostics done located the additional problem got the new part in that also turned out to be a bad fuel injector (which they replaced at their cost) was replaced and my car is running fine now. Thankyou Miss Chrissy for your diligence in getting my car fixed.
