Went on a Saturday to get a battery that I purchased a few months back tested. They were able to keep the battery overnight to charge it, so that the battery can be tested the next day. The employee was very willing to help and advised me to call the following day. When I arrived they tested the battery and it was fine. One of the other employees ask if I can bring my vehicle back to the store so that he can test the alternator/starter and cables. Fortunately all of my equipment was working fine and it's possible that I drained the battery by leaving something plugged in my cigarette lighter. Overall I was pleasantly assisted in caring for my vehicle. ~Derrick

So this is my honest opinion I got into a car accident in November and after I filed my claim I was searching for the right shop for repairs and that was a hassle because all the drop off dates where months down the line .. So one of my good friends actually suggested D&D Kustoms and I don’t know why I didn’t think of them first because it’s literally around the corner from my home and I drive pass them everyday. I drove there spoke to Red she awesome by the way, the moment I walked in she immediately assisted me answered every question I had. Her communication is 100% I literally had no worries and they did an amazing paint job and repairs on my car my car looks brand new. Absolutely the best costumer service. The staff welcomed me when I walked in the door. The facility is clean and looks great inside. I came in to get my tire fixed (nail). Not a long wait at all. Bought a Hummer H2 for my wife with an ugly spare that was mounted on the rear with 3 locking lug nuts to which there was no key. Took it to three different tire shops and no one could get it off. A place in Griffin said they would charge me 60+ and would need to make an appointment. Was driving by PDQ off 155 and pulled in to see if they could get it off. 40 bucks and 15 minutes later the ugly rim was gone. They even offered to mount my new spare for free. Will absolutely use again. No place is perfect but you can tell whoever owns this shop cares about their customers experience. ~Chris

Today I went in to have my car serviced at Bellamy Strickland Chevrolet Buick GMC before dropping my car off, and I was informed that there would be a $140 diagnostic fee. I asked the lady (unfortunately, I don’t remember her name) that was processing my car why didn’t she tell me when I made the appointment that there would be this fee? “She told me that she did not have the time to go into details with every customer on the phone” I explained to her it would have been nice to know that there was a fee because I was not expecting to pay that fee. The lady pulled out this list that listed all the warranties they didn’t take; of course, my warranty was on the list; this meant I would have to pay the diagnostic fee and repair or find a location that would accept my extended warranty. The lady I spoke with accused me of being angry because I wanted to know why this was not mentioned when I made the appointment; she also asked if I expected it to be free in a sarcastic voice. I told her I just spent $900 across the street on tires at Bellamy Strickland, so why would I expect it to be free. In the Future, the service department should advise the customer when making the appointment; there is a $140 service fee and ask if they are using a warranty for service. Had the lady done this, I would not have wasted my time and taken up an appointment space. The sign was not displayed until after I mentioned I had a warranty. Follow- up I called John Miles Chevrolet the same day and made a appointment, they took my warranty information over the phone and explained that there was diagnostic fee that I would have to pay if the item that needed repaired was not covered under warranty. They checked me in with no problem and explained everything to me again. The diagnostic determined that I needed a new battery , so I paid the fee as well as the price of a new battery. I am updating this review because the service representative insinuated I wanted something free and that was not the case. Customer service matters and everyone should be treated with respect and dignity. The female service representative assumed I wanted something free and that was not the case. ~Tonua

I had issues with an engine light staying on with my vehicle. Had several repairs done by previous mechanic, but engine light still remained lit. Former mechanic failed to communicate consistently regarding my car and held my car for 14 days without any results and close to $2000 in cost. I took my car to point to point and the service department was excellent! They kept me abreast of the issues with my car and they were able to fix my engine light problem. I made an online order and paid for the items. The website indicated that the order would be available by 1200.seconds after taking my money I gotba call from the store. The attendants told me they did not have the parts, but would have them the next day. Well I need the parts today as my car is jacked up and ready for the parts. Napa as well as other store need to stop this mess of letting you order items that are not I stock, taking your money, then telling you that it will be 5-7 days before you get a refund. Lucky I was able to locate the parts at an O'Reilly and still have enough money to purchase the part. ~Stephen
