We went in today for an alignment, they weren't sure if they could do it but were going to see what they could do which was fine, went in to sign some paper work, person who tended to us, seemed distracted and when giving him information seemed condescending. Had a similar problem with them before. Wouldn't reccomend.

Went to get a quote on an AC stretch belt one guy went to ask and 3 more come out walked around then said 463.00 said it’s gonna take 3 hrs labor 😭😭😭😭😭😭I said the dealer won’t even charge that. this job is literally 25 min at the max needless to say I left maybe it was my BMW though I had money or was novice in car repairs

We picked up our Ministry trailer nearby to go downtown to serve people in need as we do every 3rd Saturday when we noticed a screw in our truck tire. We now had our 20 foot trailer attached and are now running late so we are desperately looking for an open tire place big enough that we won't get stuck inside the lot. We googled and found this location around the corner and see it had a big lot so we pulled up and one of the workers came over and we showed him the screw. He was not sure a plug would work but gave us the option and let us know they did not have our size tires in stock but could get one the next day, we did however have a spare in case it didn't work. The young man was able to successfully plug the tire and didn't even charge us!!! We were very thankful and will certainly bring our vehicles for service next time we need it to check them out, simply based on his kindness. In such a hurry I forgot to ask his name but I thank you kind sir and I pray the Lord bless you for being a blessing to us!!

PDQ is a semi- experienced automotive facility. If you get an oil change......You may be buying more than "YOU" want! I went in for a regular oil change,.......and was offered more than I bargained for...... "I was offered an air cabin filter that was already changed, by the attendant at the previous "oil Change."...Needless to say the next time I was in for the "Emissions" test and after almost $ 700.00 worth of work almost over a month ago, the "Blonde" "Boss" woman starts trying to sell me "Tires.".....NOW HAVE IN MIND MY CAR: IS NOT A WHITE 4 DOOR NISSAN MAXIMA !......BUT AT THE TIME OF THE EMISSIONS TEST, MY CAR PASSED AT THE SHOP ON 155. THE INFORMATION WAS SENT TO HENRY COUNTY "MOTOR-VEHICLES, ON THE OTHER HAND WAS TO BE FOR A "2007 SILVER , HONDA ODYSSEY. I believe that the crew that is working for the owner, Does not have the best interest of the "Customer," but the only "best interest" is a non-maligned "PROFIT" againste the "Customer!" Bought a Hummer H2 for my wife with an ugly spare that was mounted on the rear with 3 locking lug nuts to which there was no key. Took it to three different tire shops and no one could get it off. A place in Griffin said they would charge me 60+ and would need to make an appointment. Was driving by PDQ off 155 and pulled in to see if they could get it off. 40 bucks and 15 minutes later the ugly rim was gone. They even offered to mount my new spare for free. Will absolutely use again. No place is perfect but you can tell whoever owns this shop cares about their customers experience.

I have used them for state inspections because they are very good and fast. They have a good waiting area, and they have a great attitude, almost enthusiastic. This time, I went in for an oil change with a twist. The drain plug was completely rounded (destroyed), but they changed the oil and replaced the plug in record time. Trust your vehicle to them, you will be happy you did.

I showed up 10 minutes prior to them closing on a Saturday afternoon for an emission test. They were good enough to take me in and get my emissions test done while they were cleaning up for the day. They were courteous and professional. I appreciated the excellent customer service.
