Waited in lane for over 8 minutes the guy in front of me was just having a casual conversation with the cashier and when the customer turn around and saw that I was standing there for a while he told me to go ahead and the cashier said no that's okay so I stood there for another three or four minutes until somebody popped up from the back.

They require a mask to do business here. If I wasnt out of town and knew where else to go, I would have left without a purchase. If a mask protects, their mask should be sufficient. I am not aware of any mask mandate in Georgia. Gov Kemp has affirmed.

The associates at store number 07249 are great! They were able to assist me in getting a replacement battery for my vehicle as well as install the battery and just under 30 minutes. I had read a lot of reviews saying it was going to be so difficult to get a replacement battery under warranty but if this store they were quick and efficient and I couldn't be happier! Great customer service much appreciated 😁

Stopped by yesterday at the 1515 Hwy 20W, McDonough, GA location because of battery issues. Trey came out to help me. He tested my battery & alternator and made sure I was good to go. He was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, kind and helpful. Although this location is farther away from where I live than other locations, this will be my store of choice. Thank you Trey!

Went on a Saturday to get a battery that I purchased a few months back tested. They were able to keep the battery overnight to charge it, so that the battery can be tested the next day. The employee was very willing to help and advised me to call the following day. When I arrived they tested the battery and it was fine. One of the other employees ask if I can bring my vehicle back to the store so that he can test the alternator/starter and cables. Fortunately all of my equipment was working fine and it's possible that I drained the battery by leaving something plugged in my cigarette lighter. Overall I was pleasantly assisted in caring for my vehicle.

The worst experience I have ever had at auto part store location. I simply went in and placed a order for (2) keyless remote cases for my business fleet of vehicles. I placed my order on a Monday and was told they would arrive no later than Thursday. I called Thursday evening and spoke with Mario and he informed me that my order did not arrive but will definitely be in on Friday. I patiently waited until Saturday (today) and called. My luck will have it Mario answered the phone and placed me on hold for 25 minutes while he was supposedly looking for my order. I called back, he answered and then disconnected the line. I had to call back 3 times to get another employee to answer. I guess my remote cases are not in and Mario is not professional enough or mad at me for checking the status. Ridiculous customer service! I will be calling corporate Monday and getting a refund. Auto Zone treats me way better!
