I made an online order and paid for the items. The website indicated that the order would be available by 1200.seconds after taking my money I gotba call from the store. The attendants told me they did not have the parts, but would have them the next day. Well I need the parts today as my car is jacked up and ready for the parts. Napa as well as other store need to stop this mess of letting you order items that are not I stock, taking your money, then telling you that it will be 5-7 days before you get a refund. Lucky I was able to locate the parts at an O'Reilly and still have enough money to purchase the part.

They had our part in a day. Unfortunately it had the wrong bolt setup. So we had to return it. But definitely was able to access parts very fast. The new look at the front of the store is nice. You can see Napa now. Great cutomer service.

Employee didn’t want to help us with getting a new battery - said we had to take it out ourselves, bring it into the store, and put the new one in ourselves. How many average Joes have the necessary tools in their vehicles and “NAPA KNOW-HOW” to do that? I won’t be back.

I have been a long standing customer with this location and have never felt so disrespected!!! I went online a looked up their store hours and all the locations that popped up and said closing at 7pm. I took the time to load up my family and take a trip there because the NAPA battery I purchased went dead on me and I needed a new battery. I drive up at 6:10 and a worker there was receiving a delivery walked up to me and said they were closed, he claims that they close at 6 now even though it’s not advertised. I explained to them that my vehicle would be down for days if I couldn’t exchange the battery because my schedule didn’t permit another trip there for about 3 days. As a Marine Corp Combat Veteran and local to this community, I respectfully asked to speak with Matt the manager at the McDonough location to discuss the problem and he simply sent his employee back out to me waiting outside and let me know that he wasn’t willing to talk with me and that there was nothing they were willing to do to help me. Napa just lost my business which I’m sure that since I’m just one customer it’s not going to matter to them being that they are a corporate store. It’s just sad all the years I have been going there and for myself to get treated this way!

Love this store! Great service! Can't believe how many times I've gone to this store to order a "hard to find" part for my vehicle, and even my tractor, to find out they had it in stock at the store. Thank you guys for all your help. They also make hydraulic hoses at this store.
