I made an online order and paid for the items. The website indicated that the order would be available by 1200.seconds after taking my money I gotba call from the store. The attendants told me they did not have the parts, but would have them the next day. Well I need the parts today as my car is jacked up and ready for the parts. Napa as well as other store need to stop this mess of letting you order items that are not I stock, taking your money, then telling you that it will be 5-7 days before you get a refund. Lucky I was able to locate the parts at an O'Reilly and still have enough money to purchase the part. ~Stephen
