D&D Kustoms is horrible. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE. I am a retired veteran and I took my bmw 750LI in for painting and installation of side skirts only. They were friendly at the initial appointment and made you feel welcome. However, once I paid the deposit and turned my vehicle in on the scheduled appointment date three weeks later, I was informed it would be max 7 days and vehicle would be ready. I followed up after 7 days and got an excuse of it being incomplete. The manager informed me that please give her to the following Friday. I said fine, and was being very patient. I went on vacation for a week afterwards and came back to pick up vehicle that was to be completed and the vehicle skirts still were not painted, nor installed. At this point I have lost all patience and requested to speak with the manager. Mrs. "We treat everyone like Family" would not even come out to speak with me about the situation. She would not give me a projected date when it would be finished,, only that it will be painted.. She only relayed info back to her front desk agent and said my option would be to put my originals back on and give me a refund. I put the originals on and refund. I am waiting for my car to be put back together to get out of here. NEVER AGAIN... Attached are photos of what was not done. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND DO NOT HONOR THEIR WORD!! YOU WILL BE VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

So this is my honest opinion I got into a car accident in November and after I filed my claim I was searching for the right shop for repairs and that was a hassle because all the drop off dates where months down the line .. So one of my good friends actually suggested D&D Kustoms and I don’t know why I didn’t think of them first because it’s literally around the corner from my home and I drive pass them everyday. I drove there spoke to Red she awesome by the way, the moment I walked in she immediately assisted me answered every question I had. Her communication is 100% I literally had no worries and they did an amazing paint job and repairs on my car my car looks brand new. I definitely 1,000% recommend them Services: Body & Trim, Painting

Michael was my technician and he made the process of screwing my side skirts back on SO FREAKING EASYYYY!! It only took about 15-20 minutes, and afterwards he even took a few seconds to let me know what happened to it and how it could be repaired and what he did to it so I wouldn’t be out in the loop of my own car 😭😭. Interior of the waiting lounge is also super dope!! To summarize: the place was awesome, quick, smooth, and informative. Thanks Michael and the boss-lady! You guys were so cool!!!!!
