Overall great experience with knowledgeable team. I called about a screen replacement for my Surface Book 3. Wes and the team provided a clear description of the repair and potential risks as well as an accurate assessment of the repair schedule. Pick up and drop off were seamless. Repairs were completed as planned, and they even finished a little earlier than anticipated. Everything is working great and no issues. Nice, responsive, and very customer friendly team.

Over the years when one of my phones hit the sidewalk while I was running (and tripping), I have come to trust this shop to swiftly complete a screen repair at a good price. I think today was my 4th visit since 2017. I made a 10 AM Monday morning appointment and by 11 AM the repair was done for $86 (counting a return customer discount. Apple would charge $150 for the same repair of an iPhone 8 screen. The staff was also warm, friendly and efficient. A great experience!

They only charged half of they quoted cost since the phone was not working when I left, but it is not their fault I dropped my phone in the pool. They have a few used phones as well. Really easy to work with. I think if I had gotten to them sooner they would have definitely been able to save my phone since they got the screen to turn on but couldn't get beyond that. I would definitely go back. Friendly and people of integrity. Thanks for trying Luke.
