I took my car in for a second opinion and diagnostic testing that I had received from Nissan service center after brake repair. I was told that my electric braking module needed replacing. I didn’t believe the dealership @ all and I brought my car here for a second opinion and I’m so glad that I did. After the diagnostic test, Jeff didn’t find anything wrong with vehicle and went in and reset the module code. I am so relieved now and I can’t thank you guys enough. I went to the location last week and had the worst service ever! Prior to the recent incident, I was a loyal customer of Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers for 5 years. Bruce escalated a situation that could've been squashed. Bruce instigated a nearly physical altercation between myself and a service technician. While servicing another customer, the technician walked up to my vehicle as I was leaving and began approaching my vehicle to fight. I drove away and called customer service. Customer service has yet to respond to both my voice mail complaint and my written complaint. Services: Battery, Oil change

I usually come here for emission checks every year. I recently had 4 tires installed with an oil change and battery terminal cleaning on my sons car. Im a retired service technician and wouldn't hesitate to have them work on any of my vehicles. Everytime I come here everyone is very professional and they're customer service is awesome. They got me in on a Saturday afternoon and got me completed within 2 and a half hours. Pricing was reasonable. Love this place Services: Battery, Oil change, Auto tire replacement

This shop has been working on my truck for over 5 years now, and I’ve had nothing but great service! Always honest with pricing and friendly. Never sold me on a repair that wasn’t absolutely needed at the time, and I respect that as a single mom. They have worked on two other vehicles of mine over the past 8 years, and I wouldn’t take my car for routine service any other place! I had my tiers changed there recently, I need 2 new tiers put in and they were. I drives for a few weeks then I started to notice a strange noise coming from the front of my car. I thought it was the brakes but couldn't afford to change them, plus every time I pressed the brake the sound would start. Cut to a few days ago the noise was starting even with out the brakes going down hill, and whenever I took my foot off the accelerator. It got so much worse so I pulled over and noticed a few lung nuts were missing. So apparently they weren't tighten enough. I call the shop talk to the guy on the phone and he just said buy some and put them on myself. If this had wrecked my car I'd sue them. HOW COULD YOU NOT PUT ON LUG NUTS RIGHT‼️ but whatever I caught the issue and now I can fix it but won't be going here again

Two times in a row I got shorted on oil. First time one quart, this time 2 quarts. I'm done with their oil change. Not trustworthy while being relatively expensive. The tire alignment was very good but do not use the oil change service as you cannot trust these people Service: Oil change

The gentleman was very sweet. Made sure I understood all choices I had available. They worked in swift manner yet took care of business correctly. I'm an out of towner and I can say if I have to come back thru. I would go back if oil change was needed again.
