I have took my 2021 Velar for service and it didn't had good experience at all. Explained them about few issues i am having since i bought the car brand new, all i see in the invoice is that they were not able to replicate it. And one of the issue is still there were the boot door paint is wear-off due to the tailgate open and close(this was issue since i bought the car from the dealership) As it was service center closing time while i was picking up the car, service person was not at all interested in explaining me why it is happening. If i am spending 1200+ dollars and waiting for a month+ to get an appointment for service, my least expectation would be a proper response or explanation. Honestly, i regret of buying LR RR Velar. Will be definitely planning to sell or trade it off for different brand soon where i can get better service as i am not willing wait for another month for service at Land Rover, travel for an hour and face same situation.

On 10/14, I accompanied my brother to the dealership, to look at a few vehicles. He decided on a Certified Pre Owned Land Rover. Due to his credit union being out of state he had to wait for them to send the check for purchase. THAT WAS NO PROBLEM...there were some things the dealership needed to attend to on the vehicle. One week later on 10/21, my brother went to pick up his vehicle. And after having the car a full seven days, The dealership had not corrected any of the issues with the vehicle. Instead they advised my brother that he would have to return at at later date. I personally would've told them to keep their vehicle and took my money elsewhere. For this to be a "luxury" dealership, they sure have "buy here pay here" tactics. As much as I love Land Rovers, I will never get one from here.

If you are in the market for a Jaguar or Land Rover, I highly recommend Hennessy in Buckhead. Never once did I feel pressured to purchase a vehicle, which was nice. Everyone was very nice and forthcoming. Everything discussed was transparent and there were no games when working with finance. My sales rep Matty Smith was excellent to work with. He made me feel like a friend who was showing me his car and again I felt no pressure. If you are looking for a new or used vehicle check out Hennessy Buckhead and ask for Matty Smith you won’t be disappointed. 10 out of 10!

Sales was pretty spot on, overly nice and helpful. Supposed to transfer my old tag from my traded in vehicle to my new SUV. Something somewhere (not on my end as I did nothing more than sign and pay for it) happened and it was messed up. I was told to just go to the DMV myself and sort it out. Like I really need to spend 3 hours plus my own money on something that was supposed to be done by them. Neat. (not to mention) the first 3 weeks I had the car its spent it in the local dealership here. Some awesome multi point inspections they must do.

I had the best service experience with Jamie as my service advisor. She was prompt, keen, and thorough. From the moment I arrived she checked me in for my appointment and got right on with getting my vehicle into service. She asked specific questions regarding my visit in addition to maintenance services that were due. Throughout the process she communicated with me and even remembered that I told her that I had to be out the dealership by a certain time- she wasted no time requesting an uber while my car remained in service. Once my vehicle was ready I had an Uber already on the way and Jamie even called to make sure all was well with my trip back to the dealership. This is how luxury is done!! Thanks, Jamie! Made my day a lot less stressful.

I purchased two vehicles). He tended to my needs and delivered greatly. I appreciate all of the efforts he put into ensuring I was a satisfied customer. Jeremy Walters assisted me by giving me a better look at the financial aspect of multiple purchases. Those two did an outstanding job of creating a customer-friendly environment with a home feel to it. Nothing more to improve on. The entire staff is always courteous and professional.
