Their return policy is trash. The only thing I like about them is their products

Worst experience I brought a Green Egg plant all are spoiled with in one day, if contacted the customer care they don’t care about my concern.

Nice and convenient place to buy Indian groceries and Indian food items. Also good place to look for utensils to cook Indian food. This is all about India stuff.. food ,utensils temple stuff and frozen stuff and vegetables and fruits. Try to also look for small eatery section at the start of the place. Nice to I've order and start shopping and pick it up when you are done with shopping. Nice way to eat and shop.its still ok place to get Indian groceries. Wish they had more offers to regular customers.!!

While this store (@Lewisville) is a much smaller version of the valley ranch store on McArthur Boulevard it’s still fine. The grocery section especially is limited to only the basics.

Good, clean and neat store for Indian goods. This shop has items spanning from fresh vegetables to rice, acchar, spices, snacks, pooja items, food items, medicines, kitchen groceries, frozen foods, fruits, diary products, music instruments, stuffs related to games etc. Every Indian around this place surely find this store very useful.

Don’t buy mangoes from the store. I picked a box worth $45 of alphanso and all turned out to be extremely rotten and bad. On calling the Lewisville store, manager said sorry but you need to keep it as no return policy!! Don’t waste your money thinking you would taste Indian mangoes ..

I'd give a 5, but they didn't have my jasmine rice and fresh bananas. But it was late afternoon. Maybe 4.5 stars

I bought a 10 lb onion bag. I went a few days later to the store to show them that every onion in the bag was bad! They didn't give me a replacement, stating the policy that "vegetables" cannot be taken back unless they are notified within a day or two. I tried to reason with them that a 10 lb bag of onions cannot be considered "vegetables" because no one uses so much in a few days anyway! Also, I didn't open the new bag till a few days later because I was still using up the last of the onions in the bag I had at home. In spite of my loyalty as a long term customer, they didn't make good for me. They could have easily given me a replacement product but seems like they are getting cheap! Secondly, I found that they charged me twice for the same bag of onions. I rarely look at the receipt when I buy groceries because I trust the teller. I have learnt my lesson and will be more careful going forward. We need more competition in Flower Mound for Indian groceries; otherwise they will continue to take customers for granted.
