I dont like coming here, i always pay for my phone and they ask a whole bunch of information the said was the pin number and my name and my birthday and there was a problem etc etc I like going to the one that is a couple blocks ahead the one by the liquor and BP gas station the only ask for the phone number and the name of the account

very bad service... yesterday I went to add a line for my daughter and the girls treated me very badly and they told me that I had to pay $60 plan for a new line … I went to another Metro PCS store ad they gave me a $30 plan and excellent customer service

I bougth a brand new cellphone and also they convince me to buy the care pack which is the temper glass and phone case ,they told me it was going to arrive near next week when I bought it and now more than 1 month has passed and they can't give me a solution , my phone screen is damage now , they told me to keep waiting , that's ridiculous and they won't give me my money back.
