This by far is the most unfriendly Publix I've ever been too. Employees are just rude as can be throughout the store. This place needs to learn how to get rid of their attitude problems. If you hate your job that bad QUIT

It is always my go to place for a fresh sub sandwich or chicken from their hot bar. I really enjoy the 3pc chicken tender meal with tater wedges.

Madison in the Bakery department of this Glen Allen location is rude. She couldn't get away from me fast enough when I asked her if she would slice my bread. She said someone would help me as she whizzed by me on her way for a confab with another employee. Guess we know who rates and it's not the customers. Special thanks go out to the cake decorator who had to come WAY out of her way to pick up Madison's slack!!

We got our wedding cake here and the service could not have been better. We tried 2 "high end" well-known area bakeries and their service could not come close to what Publix did for us. They do a free in-person tasting, delivered the cake for a very reasonable fee and treated us like royalty. Plus our cake was absolutely perfect. Each tier was a different flavor and filling. Everyone at the wedding raved about it.

Every time I'm in Publix I feel like I'm in another world of goodness. Everything is fresh and the people are so friendly, kind, helpful and professional, it brings back the feeling when I used to shop at Ukrop's grocery store.

5 stars to the bakery for their excellent Tiramisu and mocha flavored donuts. Also, the Deli's chicken popcorns are way too good. I'm never getting chicken popcorns from elsewhere now!
