The LADY MANAGER WITH THE AFRO IS A HORRIBLE DEMON. SHE ALWAYS SHOW HER RUDE, MEAN, IMPATIENT SIDE. SHE HAS A EGO THE SIZE OF A HORSE SHE IS THE RUDEST MANAGER EVER. SHE SHOULD HAVE BEEN LOST HER JOB

Several items in store are not priced. Management will not honor pricing for mid-priced items. Restrooms are not accessible. Cashiers always state out of order. Customer service is subpar. There are some decent finds but the stoee needs improvement.

Slow getting out of there with the cashiers and there was a mouse eating the Snickers and ran over under the registers. Kid you not!

We went to Roses a little while ago. My granddaughter had to use the restroom and I asked for the key (like the sign said) and the cashier said "Did you even try to see if it was unlocked? " so I went back and it was locked. I saw another associate stocking shelves and asked her if she could let us in. She was very pleasant. We went into the girls room and there was no toilet paper, no paper towels. The restroom was a complete mess. She was unable to use the bathroom at the store. At checkout, another customer was looking directly at my mother and talking to her. I asked my mother "what did she say? " In a very calm tone. The cashier looked at me and snapped "SHE WASN'T TALKING TO YOU SO YOU CAN JUST STOP FREAKING OUT ABOUT IT". I said "I wasn't freaking out" she said " Sounds to me like ya we're". I calmly said " No, I wasn't. There's a difference, and you'd know it" at that point rude cashier #2 gave rude cashier #1 (the one who snapped about the restroom door) a look like she was about to snap. I took my granddaughter's hand and told my mother I was going to wait outside for her. I'm generally a very nice person, but 2 employeese we're unnecessarily rude to me within 10 minutes and it was uncalled for. If they we're having a bad day, they need to learn not to take it out on their customers. I will also be filing a complaint with their corporate office. People that behave that way do not need to be working with the public. They are giving Roses a bad reputation and I'm not the only one that thinks that way. They need to be retrained or go through anger management.

This store is full of great clothing for all sizes and great deals on underwear and bras for those who need it only problem is that there are some fraholr things that a child would love to break so beware of glass

This store used to have a better selection. And 8 out of 10 times in this store, there is always a long line with 1 cashier. PITIFUL Do Better Please
