Best furniture store in Oxford, Alabama (AL) 2024

Went to go pay my furniture bill today on 6-6-22. I counted the money in the parking lot to confirm my payment was the correct amount.The rude employee behind the counter named Barbra lied and stated that my payment was short. When I asked for my money back she said that she wasn’t giving the money back. I asked a different employee to confirm the amount was correct. The secondary employee said my payment was correct. Barbra then told the coworker to just put it in her drawer. The service from Barbra was terrible, rude, and outrageous. I would not recommend anyone to do business with a company that has a rude employe like Barbra! ~Jonathan

I bought a copier that I thought would go with our software but we could not get it to work properly. We had it 5 days so I called them and explained my situation and ask if I could bring it back and buy one the company recommended and they said yes. I packed it up like new took it in and order the other copier. They bent over backwards to help me and I was so pleased because I thought I was going to be stuck with a $550 printer that was not working with my software. Thank you OfficeMax ~Dawson
