I know the bedroom set I bought is not the best but I don’t need the staff telling me over and over that it is poor quality and I should buy a more expensive one. I would if they pay the difference.

Went to go pay my furniture bill today on 6-6-22. I counted the money in the parking lot to confirm my payment was the correct amount.The rude employee behind the counter named Barbra lied and stated that my payment was short. When I asked for my money back she said that she wasn’t giving the money back. I asked a different employee to confirm the amount was correct. The secondary employee said my payment was correct. Barbra then told the coworker to just put it in her drawer. The service from Barbra was terrible, rude, and outrageous. I would not recommend anyone to do business with a company that has a rude employe like Barbra!

Their Furniture is no good I had purchased a leather sofa it's been like 2 years ago and Something went wrong with it the leather started coming apart after only 4 months and they come out and looked at it and I was supposed to have a warranty with it and they would not back it up. I do not like this place at all the furniture is no good and also the people that was working in there was very very disrespectful standing around doing nothing but a new girl there waited on us and she was super nice. I felt so bad for her.this was at the oxford store.hopefully they have improved

Very disappointed experience. I expended 10,000 in furniture in the last 2 years in this company. I bought some furniture in another store. everything was great, until I decided to visit the oxford store. The same great quality of furniture. Jennifer did a great job giving me a tour in the store and taking care of me. I decided to buy a King Size bedroom suit and a riding lawn mower. I was very exited about it because I just bought a new house and I am trying to furnished it, The delivery crew did all that they could to damage my furniture and damage my hand rail on my stairs when they came in. I bought a new mattress in another store for my new bed looking forward for to a better quality of matress and a better nihgt sleep after working as hard as I do. This guys finished instaling my bed and my wife asked them to put the mattress on top of the bed. The guy in charge of the delivery crew (white heavy set male. very rude, has not respect for people) told my wife that he will not put his hands in a nasty mattress and he will not do it. I called the store manager about the damage that the furniture had, this guy show me that he does not care about his customers either. looks like the delivery crew that work for him just do what he preach. I told him that I wanted a new headboard. He told me that he will fix and repaint my head board if I wanted to. that after fixed it it will look like nothing happened to it. all that they did it was to put something to fill the big hole my head board had and painted it. he lie to me telling me that he change his delivery crew after I asked him no to send the same crew and he did send the same people anyway. what a shame

The older lady that helped us was really helpful and friendly. She gave good details on our product. Sadly to say the younger lady that was there was not so friendly. I came in the store before purchasing anything she just turned her back on us. But I noticed one thing everyone that came in was going to the older lady. The younger lady just looked at us mean. But overall the older lady Made us feel very comfortable. Thanks to her we purchase the perfect product.

The staff was friendly, took awhile for someone to help us and was almost about ready to leave the store without a purchase. Overall I’m glad we waited for help as the staff was very friendly just understaffed but I was able to be helped and purchased our living room set it will be I stock this week and delivered Thursday. Glad I waited good quality stuff at reasonable price
