Went in today to purchase a sample. I was told they don’t have samples and that the only other choice is to buy a $30 size.

I went in today with a F&H can label giving the color and paint number along with a sample color for a custom match if necessary. The clerk was less than helpful saying the sample was too small to match. I asked for a color chart to try a visual match to with he replied there are hundreds of possible matches and did not offer any additional help. I left and went to Lowe’s where they said the sample was more than sufficient to match and was provided with a perfect matching color.

Great store. The help was well trained, friendly, helpful and courteous. Great selection of products. Highly recommend this store. Currently Sherwin-Williams corporate is not providing any product to the stores for some unknown reason. I would avoid using there paints at this time

Their prices are a little high compared to the big box stores but the paint is great and the service is great. Well worth it.

I have had the same complaints at most SW stores with the exception of Roxborough PA. No one offered to help carry out the two gallons of paint even though I had a 3-year-old with me. I held both cans in one hand while holding his hand to cross the parking lot. I think customer service is key.

Stopped by on my way to visit some family who were remodeling their basement. Went in looking for paint and unfortunately did not buy any because the price was more than my cousin was looking to pay. But I will say Jim explained more about paint than I ever could have asked for. Felt ready to remodel a basement and more by the end of my visit.
