BEST BUY HAS GIVEN MY MOTHER THE RUN AROUND ABOUT HER PHONE FOR TWO MONTHS!!! THEY GAVE HER AN IPHONE THAT IS NOT A TMOBILE CARRIER AND HAVE SENT HER ORIGINAL PHONE BACK AFTER SHE PAID FOR IT!!! THEY HAVE TOLD HER THAT THEY CAN NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT AND THAT TMOBILE HAS TO CORRECT THIS MISTAKE BUT SHE GOT THE PHONE FROM BEST BUY IN OXFORD AL. MY MOTHER IS STILL WITHOUT A PHONE AND THIS IS GETTING TO THE POINT WHERE THE STORE MANAGER NEEDS TO HANDLE THIS!!! THIS UNACCEPTABLE AND NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED ASAP!!!

I went to buy a Refrigerator got there 3 minutes before they open,the door was opened so I walk in,here comes the manager saying that we are not open yet,you need to leave it3m now before they open .I told him it is hot iwant to buy something, he said had to leave so I left .this other customer asked me what was going on I told him, he said they called him 10 after 10 last night woke him up telling him his order has come in,so now he is there now and still can't get his order they don't want your business if they can't let you in ,to make you wait 2 minutes, I have spent a lot of money with them in the past but not anymore.

Went to upgrade my phone at the Oxford location. Keshawn did a great job getting me everything I needed and installed a screen protector for me. Also decided to get an Apple Watch from him while I was there and he got everything set up and ready to go for me. Definitely recommend going to him instead of the actual cellular stores.

I ordered online and the box torn all apart and retaped no not from UPS so I am thinking it came from Bestbuy like this. When I take it back they didn't offer to reorder it or anything. I won't be purchasing from best buy again.
