I used to always come here & shop because they actually had a good rewards system that I was used to for a while for every time I shopped from here. I had accumulated a great amount, and Now when I had recently visited, I finally wanted to redeem my coupon for the rewards they offered. Not only did they refuse & deny redeeming my rewards, the manager also stated they’re not honoring it all the sudden. I asked him if he could still honor the coupon & yet he kept stating there’s nothing he can do. I’m sorry to say they’ll be losing a customer due to them taking their customers’ points away, especially after accumulating so much. The manager could’ve handled the situation much better.

I came in for some produce shopping & I always get the free orange juice they offer every 5 purchases. Except this time they did not want to honor my reward, as well as, all the points you accumulate have disappeared. The manager kept saying insisting there’s nothing he can do to help! None of the workers are even acting like they want to be/ work there. I’ll just make sure I take my & all of my families business, and whom ever reads this review to Valley foods. At least offer you the same rewards and they always honor it.

Market was great! Walked in first thing in the morning for some breakfast fixings. Feller up front squeezing fresh orange juice. Made me the hit of the brunch for sure. Great sausage in the case and nice folks! There is more than 1 kinda potato folks: reds, yellows etc. = Russets suck!

This mask thing sorta ruined the experience for me second time around. However, the amazing deli, wine selection and fun specialty items make up for the hassle.

I’ve been here multiple times and got the cut up cheese with grapes that had mold on it. I’ve had a premade salad with slimmy lettuce. The quality of the food here is not good. Although it presents to look good it is not. The workers aren’t very friendly either.
