I visited this vet today to have my dog euthanized, they were very respectful of me and my family, and they made the process as painless as they could by delivering him a heavy dosage of anesthesia before the procedure. The vets were very professional but they also made sure to treat us well and treat my dog with care. I don’t think the procedure could’ve gone any better

Dr Tom and her team are knowledgeable, warm and friendly! We’ve been going to them for years and will continue to do so with every new four-legged member of our family.

Love Singing Hills and the care they provide! After my previous vet was unable to get my sick and injured dog looked at(over a month wait), Singing Hills was able to get him looked at the next day with open arm's and started on a treatment right away! They treat pets and owners like a family and look out for the best interests for the pet and owner. They will forever be my primary vet for my dog.

They are amazing and care about their patients, Dr. Tom is the best vet I've ever had. Even though they are short staff they still greet you with a smile.... highly recommend

I was going to Singing Hills Animal Hospital for a couple of years after my previous veterinarian closed. At every turn I found them to be more focused on sucking every penny they could out of me. Fortiflora, non-prescription medication/supplement, was $26.00 for 5 packets, when a box of 30 packets could be had on Amazon for $21.00. When I questioned, I was quickly dismissed with, "Oh, but we have to open the box". It is a box of sealed packets, which will not expire quickly. Another medication, they wanted to charge me $161.00 a MONTH.Because my pet will be on this for lifetime, there had to be an alternative. Chewy had same medication for $0.13 a pill, that would have to be cut in half (I could do that) to make a daily dose. I now have a new Vet that called in a prescription to Costco for us. I paid $47.00 for a 6 month supply. I understand making SOME money on prescriptions and products, but the markup is absolutely unconscionable. Some people have to give up pets because of the cost of veterinary services, so veterinary practices like this can actually aggravate the shelter problem. I had one of those "Annual Exam Packages", so I would only see the Vet for about 5 minutes and she would perform an "abbreviated exam". Dr. Tom looked at my dog's teeth, said, "Oh she's got gingivitis". This was untrue. My dog's teeth were excellent - I worked in the dental field and KNEW her teeth were great, AND Dr. Tom didn't even notice that my pet had some missing teeth - until I mentioned it. New vet looked at her teeth and said, "Her teeth are in great shape". Yes, thank you, they are! The manager is incredibly rude, condescending and dismissive - except on the phone, then she has a fake, super sweet voice, that also comes off as hideously condescending. The office is disorganized - I showed up for one appointment that had been confirmed and I wasn't on schedule. Another time, I should have been scheduled with the Vet and there was no Vet working when I did show up. I received no apologies. Some of their clients, I noticed, are also treated much better than others. If you have lots of money and are NOT concerned with value, professionalism, or ethics, this is the place for you, but please don't take your furbaby here.

Welcoming atmosphere, friendly staff and confidence inspiring Dr. Hayes. It was definitely worth the extra drive. My equine vet highly recommended this vet practice.

Dr. Tom and the staff always have our best interests at heart. They, like all the rest of us have been through quite a traumatic year. We always know they will give Cruzer and the rest of our pet family great care and all the attention they can. Thanks for all the great service Dr. Tom and staff!

We have used this vet for over 3 years with satisfactory experiences until several issues recently. When trying to book an appointment for our pet for an issue, we were told the first available appointment was 2-3 weeks out. We were forced to call around to different vets to find someone to see our pet as we could not wait that long (but the issue was not severe enough to warrant an emergency vet). Most recently, we had boarding scheduled over Christmas and we got a call 2 WEEKS before the holiday (only 1 week before the reservation began) that they were cancelling and did not provide any solution other than giving us a number of another facility (that was, not surprisingly, already fully booked). I would NOT recommend this vet to anyone at this time due to their poor service and severe unreliability. We are not going back.
