Daryl W. was helpful & honest! He showed me how to use a diagnostic reader to better discover the problem why my engibe light was on. He then printed out some possible issues & went above & beyond by providing a website to check out to find out more research about my issue. I'll definitely be back for any future assistance i may have!

Bought Spectre cold air filter for my 96 Honda accord. Went to put it on and there was no band to tighten it down. Went back to the store and the young girl that was there stated that it didn't come with a band. I asked to see the manager. He tried to tell me the same. It shows, and says on the box that the band is included. I went back and got one and opened it and showed them both that the band is in the box. Instead of an exchange, the manager said he could give me a refund and the I could "re-buy" the filter. Being more than over the experience I got my refund and went to O'Riley's on Broadway. Got the new filter, with the band and put it on. Before they hire people they should at least teach them to not argue with a customer that knows more about cars than they ever will know. At O'Riley's every time they have opened the box to make sure everything is there before selling it to me. I'll never visit that store again

Ordered parts on Friday and was told that it would be there by Tuesday. Went to pick up part close to 4pm. Arrived and went through all the initial bs before they grabbed the part. Stood there approximately 10 plus minutes while they searched, just to have them come back and say they can't find the part i needed last friday and waited 4 days for! Never again for me. Lesson learned! Ordered from O'Reilly as well on Friday and guess what? They actually had my part out to me in less than 10 minutes after running through initial bs!

My son and I went to auto zone to have his battery tested and Darryl Williams was so freindly and helpful. He made our experience very delightful!! We will continue to go to that auto zone because of Darryl. 😊

Went in to get some valvoline oil for my car and wanted to price match one of their competitors. The manager told me they do not price match, I even had the same product pulled up on the competitors website. I know this isn't right because I price match all the time at different autozones and there are 30+ stores that they price match. This 1 star isn't for all Autozones but just this one certain store.

I came in needing help with changing my wipers on a mini van and one of the sales managers Jessie R completely helped me out. I knew nothing about wiper blades and he was able to explain the benefits of the ones I purchased and actually helped me replace one of the front wipers and my rear wipers. He also called the auto zone down the street to make sure there was one in stock before I head down there. He was super nice, very helpful and overall a gentleman.

Went today with an electronic giftcard purchased before, to buy some parts for my car. The sales clerk and manager were unable to use my giftcard because it did not have a barcode. When I purchased this card, I was given a card number and a pin to use. Very incompetent staff members. Had to go somewhere else.

I was at this location on Monday March 7th at about 7:20 p.m.. I only came in to get oil for my car. The oil that I needed was all the way on the top shelf in the back. Two of your employees, one male and one female just stood there about 4 ft away from me and watched as I lifted my four-year-old up to reach the oil in the back. Finally when he couldn't get to it, I put him and told him we would just ask somebody for help. At this point is when I realized how close your two employees actually were. I asked the male employee, if I could get some help since everyone was just watching me. He then made a smart comment saying, "Actually I was watching him. He was the one doing all the work." I work in customer service also, and that is something we strive on where I work. I do believe these two employees need some more training in customer service.

Very dissatisfied and unimpressed with Store Manager Cesar. Never expected some one to be so clueless to his work environment. HE told me my part was going to be a WEEK delayed on the day I came to pick it up, when my part was ordered through a local HUB. Never received a call or email that my part is ready for pick up. That is when I found out my part had got there on the day I was SUPPOSED to pick it, I waited a week for my part ! When the part was handed to me, the ticket had the wrong name and wrong part number on it, leaving me confused if I am walking out with the right part in my hand. As a store manager I expected more from his end. He also tried to accuse me of stealing tools I PAYED FOR!! His workers did not do their job either, the phones were ringing like crazy and customer service is really poor. Don’t waste your time here AT ALL, even the managers don’t know what they are doing. Customers were being misinformed about their parts as well so I wasn’t the only disappointed customer. Just go to O’rielly

AutoZone is fortunate to have (Wayne) as an employee there. I had done my oil change at Toyota but the idiots left the oil filter cap loose, and so my car was leaking all over. I came in to Autozone to get motor oil, coolant and oil filter wrench, and there was this awesome gentleman who helped me find all the right kinds of products that I needed. Not only that, Wayne also offered great professional advice that helped me. Many thanks to Wayne for his exceptional customer service☆☆☆☆☆
