After being told the prescription would be called in to the pharmacy we waited over an hour for our prescription. After getting a manager involved we were informed by the clinic they were no longer doing the prescription.

If you want fast service this is not the place. Expect to wait on the phone at lease 45+ min. People look like they don’t want to be there. I highly recommend a different pharmacy.

I visited this 24hours location. I saw all the employees hanging outside and doing nothing. They told me it’s close because of short staff. I don’t believe this lie. It’s not a reliable place if you need it.

Great spacious store, clean, all well organized. Friendly staff, self checkout area could be larger and self service machines could be less loud, they make check out area super busy and pretty uncomfortable.

I asked where the covid home tests were to one employee who politely directed me to the front of the store.. When I got there one employee apologized and told me they were out of stock, I was about to say oh well and go about my day, look somewhere else, somewhat annoyed that I’d checked this locations stock online first and wasted gas money at $5 a gallon but oh well life goes on… As I’m walking out the door a third employee wearing glasses came up out of nowhere and said it wouldn’t be back in stock until tomorrow, I said, in response to their comment to me about the stock of this item, “ok thanks, but just to let you know your website shows it in stock-“ and this employee with the glasses abruptly sorta cut me off and said “yeah I know the website will never be accurate to our stock in the store, you have to come to the store to find out” which kinda caught me off guard? Because I was letting them as employees know as a favor that their online stock didn’t match what’s in store (as a customer, pretty annoying to waste gas when you expect something to be in stock) as I was leaving the store I said “uh okay, just letting you know” and they sorta seemed annoyed with me? It’s cool I know working in the service industry sucks but you can’t let that out at customers, go let it out in the break room lol, I’m not one to leave reviews but this was crappy… I’m not expecting you to pull something that’s out of stock out of thin air for me, I don’t care that much… but the least you can do is be sympathetic to the time I wasted coming to your store bc of the inaccuracy of your stores website that you (the employee) are clearly aware of? I know it’s not this individual employees job to update the website stock, but they didn’t need to have an attitude with me either? For literally no reason when I hadn’t even approached this employee for help but they approached me? Pretty ridiculous to be honest… Feeling confused by this situation, probably will avoid this pharmacy in the future 🙃

I had a 9:35 covid rapid test and arrived around 9:28 and saw signs that said testing around back of building. drove past the little signs cause i saw nothing else out there. 9:45 came and nothing, it was around 9:50 I got a call asking if I was in the parking lot then the lady said i’m coming out. the back door is so far away that i didn’t realize she was calling me to go inside, she could of just told me to get ready to walk in when she called. You walk in, they take pics of id and insurance and you do your swab and done. The fact I got my results in less than an hour was the best part but it’s just so odd the way they have you sit in your car so long and then they yell at you from far to come inside, it was just odd.

One of the worst CVSs I've ever been to. Not just poor customer service, but anti-customer service. This CVS claims that its pharmacy hours on the weekend are 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. But that's a lie. The pharmacy refused to accept a prescription drop-off at 5:45 pm. And the CVS staff didn't even apologize for their lies. They're proud of them. So, I dropped my prescription off at Walgreen's down the street at 5:57 pm, which also advertised--truthfully--that the pharmacy is open until 6:00 pm on weekends. I'm switching all my prescriptions and business over to Walgreen's. Avoid this CVS store and CVS in general if you can, unless, of course, you happen to enjoy lousy customer service.

Every single month I get the same medication and every single month I get the same 4 things told to me constantly..one person will say yes its ready..go there and boom we don't have it ready you need a tar or text message saying it's ready I call to make sure no we didn't have anything for you or it will be ready in a hour call before I go and they will say no were out..ok why tell me it will be ready in a hour??!! Or we are out of your medication even though i was told it will be ready when I'm supposed to have it filled ..i don't try and get medication early ever..actually they throw my whole month off by giving me my medication late sometimes a week sometimes 3 days but to me it's horrible due to the fact I'm

Everytime I go in to pick up a prescription or call to place a prescription the pharmacy technicians are incredibly rude and condescending. They always insist I'm not in the system and they can't find me or my prescription. it's always because they are misspelling my name and keep insisting that I am wrong and refuse to check. I have been to other CVS pharmacies and they are not as entitled and incompetent as this location.

Great place to get all your needs, I have prescriptions filled there and got my covid-19 vaccine there. When I had a reaction to it, the pharmacist came out and sat down next to me, observed me, got me water and did a great job! Plus the back pain remedies are NOT on the bottom shelf like they are down the street at Rite Aid where you have to bend down to get them. (See my review of Rite Aid). Plus they are the only ones open all night. I went in at 2 am because I have insomnia and the night clerk was stocking adult diapers, he greeted me cheerfully with a “hello sir, how are you this morning” and I (being the comedian) pointed at the adult diapers and responded “well, it Depends”. Sorry, couldn’t resist.
