I brought my new pup in for a basic checkup and shots. The vet and vet tech were both absolutely amazing, very thorough and detailed and they really took their time in talking to me and getting a sense of my dog's situation. I felt like the prices were reasonable and that I was actually being listened to and not rushed in anything. The only complaint I have right now is that curbside drop off at this point is excessive and just kind of frustrating. I had my toddler with me and it was 100 degrees out so I felt it was too hot to let her run around outside while we wait, so we were waiting in the car for an hour and a half. Bored and frustrated toddlers are always a fun time. More importantly, having to run the car for an hour plus when you could easily just turn it off and wait inside is unhelpful to the environment and is costly to your customers when gas is so miserably expensive.

I really liked the veterinarian here. But after Covid I feel like things have changed. I don’t like that they don’t allow You to come in with your pet anymore. And then I called in a prescription they told me it was ready to be picked up and when I drove there they told me that it was not filled because it was time for my dog to do another physical exam. She apologized for the miscommunication. It’s a 20 minute drive for me, gas and time. I wish somebody could have called me before I drove all the way over there and let me know that actually it wasn’t ready. I went back to my old vet. Bummer

Friendly staff but very limited on what they can do beyond basic care and often refer to VCA which is a terrible place. Never take your pets to VCA! I also don't like having to wait in the car, which I guess is still a COVID related restriction but seems ridiculous at this point.

They were still observing Covid protocol so weren't allowing customers inside the building. Outside temperature in the afternoon was over 100° so choices were to sweat it out in my vehicle, run the engine with air conditioning, or walk around their grounds. Their building and landscaping could use some attention - clear the cobwebs, apply a coat of paint, some bark, and live plants - all secondary considerations but it doesn't give a good impression. They're expensive, moreso than expected, but are also friendly, considerate and seem to know their business.

We just love Dr. Bindra and his staff. I wish we would have found them sooner! Our little dog Emme really liked everyone there. This past week she wasn't doing very well and the doctor squeezed us in so her final appointment could be with people that knew her. They were extremely compassionate and helpful through the difficult process. They also gave us time with our baby before and after. All the time we needed. If we choose at some point to get another dog, I will definitely go to them!

They charge twice as much for an x-ray as anywhere else I called. They have a low office visit price, but I think they make up for it by charging a lot for everything else. I went there years ago and felt taken advantage of and never went back.

Great service, sometimes I can get same day apps. They are always busy, but still super kind. This is irrelevant, but they even put cute stickers on our invoice. Fair prices, multiple options for those who don't have the funds to drop 6k on a furbaby.

He is a great surgeon too! He recently had to remove a benign tumor on my Shepard’s elbow joint that was causing discomfort and my pet has fully recovered and runs like the wind!

Been bringing Jack here since I had him at 5 weeks, awesome people that work here, super friendly, I dont see my self taking Jack anywhere else. Same day appoinments. Reasonable pricing. I like them.
