I gave USA towing and roadside 5 stars. Dale came out after after all my lug nuts were ruined on my car and removed and put new nuts on the car without charging me. They came within a good amount of time so I wasn’t sitting out long. He really took care of me and made sure it was safe for me to drive away without question. Service: Tire change

I was assigned USA roadside service by Chevrolet. Unfortunately when I called for ETA, the dispatcher who called himself “John smith” was incredibly rude, very dismissive and even raised his voice at me. His aggression made me very uncomfortable (being a woman, alone) so I decided to cancel and wait longer for a different road side service company. Hopefully you have a better experience

USA was dispatched by my insurance for roadside assistance. I spoke with dispatch briefly and driver was routed almost immediately. Richie my driver contacted within minutes to confirm and was on his way. He was friendly and professional which put me at ease (I think we’ve all had our fair share of grumpy vendors). He arrived promptly within the quoted time (I think a bit sooner too). He was quick, efficient and again very professional in jumping my car. Since my car was sitting in place for approx a month (Covid times), I asked if he could check my tires pressure too. He said no problem and took an extra few min to check and pressurize all four. Just wanted to say thanks and I appreciate the great service. USA is lucky to have Ritchie on the team. Service: Battery service
