I'm not sure if this location is under new management but they have increased their customer service quality over the last couple months. Every time we walk in we are greeted with kind smiles and 'hellos'. Pizza is always great...sometimes it is served to us a little undercooked (probably my fault). Keep up the great work!!

Great customer service the employees were great. They were very helpful on what options I can do with the best deal that Papa Murphy’s has to offer. I am not sure if that’s how they are trained or the employee provides it on his own experience as a customer. If they are trained like that I got to say I’m forever a loyal customer from here on out. Thanks Gold River Papa Murphy’s location your the best.

We've been getting family style Garden Veggie pizzas with extra tomato and mushroom hold the bell pepper and cheese 1 x week from this store for as many years as it's been in the Gold River shopping center. The employees are well trained, courteous, and build a great pizza. We RELY on this place for making pizza OUR way...they never mess up.

We have been buying pizza here for almost as long as they have been open. The price is right, the quality is consistent and the service is good. We especially like the Delite Chicken Bacon Artichoke, but there other pies and salads are good too.

Okay...when I order a take pizza I, as a minimum, expect it to be cooked! Not here, you take it home and cook it yourself! Huge miss for me Papa Murphy’s. There were instructions on the top of the pizza of how to cook it...all I saw were were instructions to buy from another pizza establishment. As I believe there are others out there...and they cook it too! 🙄

Such a great value since there are always promotions and specials and coupons. I love the flexibility of take and bake. Staff is friendly and this location is always clean. The traditional red sauce is SO GOOD.

😀🍴Friendly fast service. Pizzas are delish! I get the fancy veggie pizza with the white garlic sauce. Super good! All the veggies I love including artichoke hearts! Love this place!

Great pizza, very tasty and fresh. It's not the usual "canned tomato paste" sauce you get at most places. Prices are great, and the staff are actually really cheerful, happy to serve with a smile. Very refreshing to purchase pizza here. I'll never go anywhere else now.
