Customer Service here is rude and unprofessional. I ordered in advance to have delivery at a particular time and my order was 30 minutes late as well as cold by the time it got to me. When I called to see why it was late the guy Avery or AB whatever he goes by had the most unprofessional answer and bad attitude. I am reporting to BBB and filing a complaint. It amazes me ignorant people like him can be employed in this kind of service.

This Papa John always has issues. Had to cancel a order and got lip from a employee who claimed to be the manager because the store was locked up for about 35-45min because the "manager" said he was in the bathroom. I ordered pickup by phone.

I was very disappointed with the new shaq's pizza, very dry and no flavor. Well to me I dont think I will eat Papa John's again so many other pizza joints less money better flavor. Pizza hut and Pizza show in Lawndale are my #1s.

Place has no A/C so I was sweating waiting for my pizza. Place needs to do something about the heat. If employees are sweating all over your pizza; it's not good.

Well the call taker answered phone and says his greeting and then says is this for delivery or pick up? I said pick up and told him what i wanted and then he says to me o sorry sir we are closed. I was 1 block away and i got there and the emoyee behind counter took and made my order. I didnt get employees name but i Thank you very much . Sun valley papa johns

Lousy service, uninterested in customer satisfaction or service. They didn't give me my salad and refused to deliver it. The employee said they would give a free pizza to make up for it. The employee wouldn't give me his name but swore he added this to my account. I tried to collect three days later and there's nothing there. They refused to honor it. So they are either incompetent or criminal. I'm out money and will never spend a damn dime there again.

Never order from here again. The forgot part of the order and said it would take 45 mins to get it delivered. The pizza tasted like it was sitting out for a while and when I called the 2 managers one male and one female said there was nothing they could do about the pizza since we took 1 bite out of the whole thing and just keep telling me to call the manager tomorrow. No one would give me their names and would not give me the name of the manager I was supposed to call. Pizza Hut and dominos will fix them problem but apparently papa johns doesn’t care what they give you. Once your order is delivered they have your money and there is nothing you can do!! Sad thing is that this Papa Johns used to be a really good place to get good pizza.

It took 25 minutes to order the pizza. When we went to pick them up the order was wrong and double the price quoted. The person that attended us very rude and did not offer a resolution. We have been buying pizza in this store weekly for the past four years. Service going worst every day. Not sure what is happening the order taking process has gone very bad and the people attending in the store have become very rude I’m really disappointed because I really love Papa John’s Pizza. I sure hope they get their stuff together soon.

Perfect little personal pizzas. Love the outdoor seating vibe and the food is delicious. Have had the pizza and pasta from here and liked both equally. Usually went during off times so never had to wait long or had trouble finding a seat which was nice.
