Went for an oil change. The only reason it is 4 stars is when we pulled in the first time the systems were down and we weren't able to park there and wait for it to come back up. But once we came back, about 8 minutes later they were up and going, the service thereafter was prompt, simple, quick and painless to say the least. I always recommend checking their website for the coupons they post for their services, then you can screen shot it and they scan it and that's it. We saved 20$ from it. And best of all, we only requested the signature service oil change, and unlike most other repair shops they did not try to convince us to get other things done or tell us we needed more work done. Professional and polite. The entrance is kind of tricky and elusive to see though. Overall I was happy and way less stressed after going.

Yesterday I had an oil change done in a different location, unfortunately, the tech did not secure the cap and I lost most of the oil in my engine on my way to work. I made a quick stop at the Jiffy Lube in Sun Valley, Ronaldo helped me out. He was incredibly helpful and attentive. Rolando and his staff did an awesome job! Thank you for your help! I was recommended to visit this particular JiffyLube as my boss confirmed how great their service is. Since my Ex no longer helps me with my car service I had to find a place I can trust. I can confirm not only were they friendly, but they were honest and explained everything I needed without talking down to me. They took my coupon and topped off all fluids, including my tires. The super surprise for me was the invite to come by anytime to top off the fluids. I am heading back to get more services done in the near future. Service: Oil change
