Customer Service here is rude and unprofessional. I ordered in advance to have delivery at a particular time and my order was 30 minutes late as well as cold by the time it got to me. When I called to see why it was late the guy Avery or AB whatever he goes by had the most unprofessional answer and bad attitude. I am reporting to BBB and filing a complaint. It amazes me ignorant people like him can be employed in this kind of service. ~Cassandra

Yesterday I had an oil change done in a different location, unfortunately, the tech did not secure the cap and I lost most of the oil in my engine on my way to work.
