I was talking on the phone for 30 minutes and they didn't answer and when they answered they told me to wait and they left me waiting for another 10 minutes I hung up I called again and again they didn't even let me talk they just said WAIT! again I waited again and in the end they did not give me an answer I think this is not correct because they waste my time and the other places close

Manager absolutely worthless. Ordered 5 pizzas and chicken tonight. App says will be here in about and hour, no problem. 50 mins in app, which is usually very accurate, hasn't updated so I call the store. Manager on duty is practically going at me. Told me they haven't even start d the order because they don't have drivers. To which I say a simple call to me and I could have picked it up. Clearly ordering that many pizzas means there are people here waiting for dinner. Instead of any caring or email, she tells me to come get it and hangs up on me. So, I call back thinking maybe we were accidentally disconnected. Nope. She said they are busy, which is why they haven't started my order and if I didn't want to come get it, it would be another hour. Canceled my order. What a joke. No way to ever order here again, I don't trust them to touch anything I would eat after this.

Im completely done with this place. In the past they have delivered and theres been missing items, delivered the wrong pizza and I had let it go but this time I've had it. Absolutely no care for the customer whatsoever. The first 2 wings tasted funny and decided to take a closer look and they were disgusting to say the least. Im filing a report with right people for this.

Iam ordering at 8126 Sunland 3 medium pizzas l was there at 1 :45pm ,l seen one of employees preparing and adding the toppings to one of the pizzas without gloves. I mentioned to one of order take this was a female by the ege 19 to 23 year she responds back to me . No we can not use gloves, l say you had to be more careful for the the pandemic issues in then she say we do not used .still people came in order like that means people that's care about you get sick. I hope you do something about this issues

I would like to thank Enrique at this dominos location, he always brings pizza I order for my son. Always polite always a charmer and brings my food all the time. Makes it up to me when they’re late with my pizza. I never usually comment for dominos, but I felt like he should be recognized for the great work he does… thank you

I'm really angry because they delivery me the wrong order And on top of that they charge me $35 Dollar For one personal pizza and 8 chicken wings I asked them if they can send me the right order and they say they cannot

Kind of rude workers and probably the worst pizza I've ever gotten . do NOT waste your money here. I got two burnt and dry cheeseless pizzas that were all bread and tomato sauce. toppings amount was little but not outside the norm of Domino's. everything else is the worst I've experienced. its a shame because I live near by and have gotten food here many times. the two young guys there seem disinterested and clearly hate their jobs and should just quit instead of subjecting patrons of Domino's to trash pizza for their hard earned cash -IN SHORT DONT GO HERE FOR FOOD-

I always order from this location as it is closer to my house and have never had any issues. Today I attempted to make an order as usual using the app and using a coupon that they emailed me for 2 med 1 topping pizzas, 16 Parmesan bites, cinnamon twists, and a 2-litre. The app was not taking the coupon so I tried to do it online the same thing. I called the store and they told me they do not honor coupons as they do not have in store coupons. I explained that their website is not working nor allowing me to use any coupon. I ended up having to pay full price do to their failure to honor a single coupon. I don’t see how it should be my problem that they do not want to accept a coupon they they sent me. I called Domino’s Corporate and they stated that all coupons are valid in store unless label online only which at the moment they don’t have any of those running. They also stated they would contact the store as the Shift Managers have the ability to override these coupons and employees should be trained to forward these types of situations to the manager if they cannot handle them. This store made the minimal effort to try to make it right. I advise you save your money and go elsewhere there are various other dominos in the area that I’m sure won’t mind making money.
