I missed two appointments one with a litter of kittens I rescued and another with my dog. I went into labor and had a horrible traumatic birth and almost died so I forgot to call and cancel that appointment for those kittens and then my dog was killed and that wasn't the first thing that came to mind. Now they will are refusing to see my cat for a spay because I missed those two appointments during unbelievably hard times in my life. I asked to talk to a manager and was hung up on, this is an absolute trash epolicy and it really disgusts me that the vets are denying a spay to help prevent more kittens because I missed two appointments for really good freaken reasons. Don't come here if you expect understanding staff because they definitely aren't.

I recently got a kitten and was looking around for a vet to get his vaccines and a check up for a rash he had on his neck. The staff was super sweet, accommodating, and attentive. From booking the appointment to checking in and out, the entire visit the staff was great. You can tell they all really care about the animals. Dr Jung was very informative and took his time checking my little boy’s health. I will definitely be recommending!

My family has been using this veterinary office for 40+ years. Although the faces (vet and staff) have changed over the years, the care and vibe are the same. They offer great care for a reasonable fee. Nice to find that in 2022. My little guy got his teeth cleaned and some routine stuff taken care of and everything went exactly as expected.

EDITED Thank you for emailing my records only after l left a review. I really do have no other way to get them. 3 stars is described as "it's okay" by Google so that what it'll be. One star. Up to my dog off this morning for gentle work. She's still there but I will be calling around 2 PM to check on her. The staff that is very friendly and very helpful .I will post agai will post again when I pick her up

Took My two 11 week old pups for their first puppy immunizations today. I was greeted and given a room in a decent time frame. Waiting room is clean. The tech who administered the shots was thorough and explained step to step. My pups did so good. Neither cried. I'm happy I chose them and recommend them for your pets.

Ive been coming here for 10 years and always get good service. I take my new pets to get spayed, their first shots etc. I recently took my new kitty and they treated her very well.
