Wow, what a difference from my former vet (LLAH)! Took my poodle Maggie for some coughing issues. Saw Dr. Boshoven and appreciated his warm, compassionate attitude. I did not have to wait 3 hours in my car to see him; I didn't feel rushed; he took x-rays and went over them thoroughly. The staff were also friendly and compassionate. This will be our new vet place from now on! Thank you, Pets Place!!

My husky and I love it here. I take her here for boarding and vet visits. I take her boarding 1-2x a week ($47.50-$95) and call every afternoon for updates. They always are friendly and never make me feel like I am not part of the family. Parking is right next to freeway, parking can be limited. I believe the hospital is starting to expand too!!

Personally, I love this place. The staff are all very friendly and seemed to care about my cat Freckles. He had to stay all weekend on an IV drip & with a catheter in, and they let me come in to visit him because I was so worried. Dr. Boshoven is also really amazing and takes the time to explain things in detail. On top of all this, the prices are good. From now on, I'm bringing all my pets here!

My recent visit was amazing. Staff was friendly and office was nice. What I really loved is the Vet. He was very professional and friendly. He did not rush me off, He took the time to talk to me about my pets condition and how we can address it. Best Vet I have been too in a long time. This is my pets forever Vet.

Came here a few years ago and the front office staff was very rude and unprofessional so we found another vet. About 6 months ago we decided to give them another try since they are one mile from home. In those 6 months we have brought all of our animals in regularly. The veterinarians are amazing. That's the 2 stars. That being said, the front office is rude and unfriendly. Trust the reviews. Don't take my word for it, take the other 100 or so on here that say the same thing. Such a shame because I really liked the doctors here but the insensitivity at reception is enough to turn me away.

The staff was very welcoming from the start and worked well with my puppy. They were helpful and quite knowledgeable in answering my questions. I also appreciated the post-op follow -up call from staff. And I noticed the cleanliness of the facility. I am so glad we found this group to follow our Princess.

My dog could not be seen at an emergency clinic and Pet’s Place was able to fit us in. The vet tech was very good, I thought she was the veterinarian. The Doctor that saw us was able to explain my options for treatments. I would go here again. Thanks for the great service.

This vet was absolutely incredible. Backstory; I've been taking my dog to a different vet because of family recommendations. The vet always made me feel like a bad dog owner. Barley seemed to care about my dogs. Was always rude about my animals weight and so many other things. I finally came to this vet because we are moving soon and I needed to get my dogs vaccines up to date. Dr. Kelleher as so wonderful. He was playful with my dog, very informative, gave me recommendations. And the vet tech who gave my dog the shot, was so quick and amazing. Normally I have to hold my dog down, but this young lady gave such a quick and painless shot. I'm absolutely amazed at how fantastic this vets office was. I wish we were staying in riverside just to go to this vet.

Have been going to Pet's Place for many years now and cannot think of anywhere else I would feel as comfortable taking my pets. The staff is always so kind and helpful and I feel confident my pets are getting the best care there is.
