It's Walmart. Convenient and affordable, the issue is its like a sauna in there. Even the employees were miserable. Not sure why stores have completely stopped using their AC but it makes customers not want to be in there for long, which I'm sure doesn't help with profits.

Nasty, dirty store. Went again yesterday in good faith, terrible. No shopping carts. People had to search parking lots for carts, BOTH ELEVATORS WERE OUT OF ORDER. The going up escalator was out of order and elderly had to walk up the escalator, the going down escalator for the carts WAS OUT OF ORDER and folks either abandoned their carts or tried to carry things. It was awful. Asked staff about anything, they just smiled and shook their heads. Will NEVER go back there. If I could give it ZERO stars, that would be suitable.

Went for a Pickup run and if you follow the instructions on the app and call the number shown on the assigned parking it works great. The staff answers the phone fast. I just wish the Pickup signs would be taller/more visible (drove through the parking lot looking for them) and more of them. Currently they only have 4 Pickup assigned parking spots and they were all occupied when I got there. Hope to see more soon 😊

When I went shopping they had no carts in front of the store. There were none even visible around the outside of the store. My husband had to walk further out into the parking lot just to get a cart. I wouldn’t have bothered going in but I know they have some items that my usual Walmart doesn’t have. To make things worse, the elevator wasn’t working and only the down escalator was in service. I just skipped going upstairs to shop.

Got stuck in the elevator. Once I got out I ran to the first employee I saw so they could put up a sign that says it doesn't work. Employee Amal said there was a sign and turned to walk away. No sense of urgency! I asked for her manager since she didn't want to help me, she told me to go get her myself. Manager Angelica said it had been happening. I don't know if they put up a sign. Hope no one else got stuck after I left.

The customer service lady was awesome she was very friendly and wouldn't give up on the problem that I have and end up solving it. That was a plus as far as the store itself the shelves are pretty empty. They didn't have none of the things that I wanted

Good place to buy just about anything! But, they as re experiencing supply chain shortages. You can also dial them in and order your items & they will accommodate you to even the checkout and have your order waiting. Just drive up to their designated parking and they will bring your stuff out to your car.
