Great Place to allow your dog to socialize. Staff are wonderful, they understand all breeds, and behaviors. My boy loves going there, and staying over night.

I took my teacup yorkie for a trim and specifically said: trim and don’t cut hair in his face besides eyebrows. When I picked up my puppy I almost started crying, it was completely different and totally shaved. Didn’t leave happy, will not go again.

Great pet store. They have decent selection. Restocking seems to be an issue but could be supply chain related. Generally you can get at least most of what you were looking for. They also have a vet, grooming, boarding, and training on site. It’s also nice that they have cats for adoption near the registers.

I have been going here for years, love this store and the employees that greet you when you walk in. The grooming services have cut my dogs' nails all the time and the store has just about everything I need. Also, I adopted my two cats at this PetSmart.

Came in during a snowstorm to get a betta tank. there was only 1 person working at that time. She really helped me out with everything and knows everything about fish keeping. Also all the fish in the fish section looked healthy, little to no fish waste.

They sold me ghost shrimp with parasitic horsehair worms clearly visible inside the shrimps body. I tried to call the store multiple times and my call keeps getting put on hold and goes unanswered. Now I have to spend all this unnecessary money to treat my entire tank. Will never shop here again.

If you love your pets( which I’m sure you do) you’ll love shopping at Pet Smart! I was very impressed when I visited their store on Tarrytown Rd. They have gone to great lengths to make shopping during the coronavirus a safe and enjoyable experience.
