My experience from booking an appointment (seamless online) to when i checked in to once the repair was done was handled professionally. I was received with a friendly smile and was guided all the way through. I was skeptical on going there first but we all know that people that have positive reviews don't always leave those so here is mine to help set the record straight. George was extremely helpful while i was leaving too helping me back out the car! Nicest people i have worked with.

had my windshield glasses replaced in this store and it leaks after raining. had to find another safelite store to have the work redo. really do not do any service in this store.

Incredibly rude shop owner. Refused to replace my windshield because I arrived 20 mins early and he stated I was rude by being early and he didn’t need to talk to me till my scheduled appt. I was just trying to drop my vehicle early and speak with someone quick. Do not recommend this shop at all! Awful customer service. Would leave zero stars if I could

Omar did a terrific job today replacing my windshield! He was on time and professional. The windshield replacement took place in my driveway; it was very convenient. So, I was initially nervous about using this location due to some reviews from previous customers, which I told them in discussion when checking my Jeep in. However, I had a really great experience here, super professional and personable and the windshield is 👌🏻 and was done in 90m. Would definitely go back if and when I need more glass repair/replacement. Service: Auto windshield replacement

Took my car in later then appointment (2 hr wait) but left a sticker on old winshield and couldnt get into my Garage! Front Desk Gent was nice as was the Tech who did the Window. Tipped. Would do 5 Stars if not for asking or transferring the Garage Sticker. Update: Took another Star off. Was told told today that by a man that gives out tickets for the City, in Uniform, told me that my Inspection Sticker was either removed and reapllied so its practically unreadable or I should go back to where my Winshield was replaced as I just lucky not to get a Ticket!!! What is up with this place. I wished I noticed both of these errors well before I left Safelite.

Scheduled two appointments and still my windshield hasn’t been replaced. For the first appointment the tech never showed up during the 5 hour window and NO ONE called to let me know he was running over an hour late. I cancelled and rescheduled again and no one showed. Had to call again to find out what happened. This time was told the glass arrived broken and therefore the tech couldn’t do the job. I never received a text or call from the tech or the office. The level of unprofessionalism is beyond belief. Wouldn’t use this company if the work was free. Stay away!

I went here because my back window broke. They open at 8am but I got there at 7:50am and shop was open. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. I dropped off my car and picked up in the afternoon. Great job with warranty. I will go back in the future. White Plains Safelite Auto Glass staff is amazing... Thank you for your services.
