Terrible Delivery Service. DO NOT DO DELIVERY!!! I ordered concrete blocks for a retaining wall a week before the scheduled delivery. The DAY OF THE SCHEDULED DELIVERY, they call me to tell me it is NOT IN STOCK. I had people waiting to work so had to find something else for them to do. I schedule another delivery for 5 days later after confirming with store they have the item. They give you a TIME FRAME 6AM TO 8PM, which is crazy in my opinion, especially if someone needs to be there to accept it. For hours I tried to reach the store to get a better approximate time, but no one even answered. When finally someone picks up, they just tell me the driver will call when hes on the way. They even refunded me $300 off the order for screwing up the first time, but that was still not worth the aggravation. I should've just went to a masonry yard. I am never doing home depot delivery again.

They had propane tanks and artificial turf that other home depots in the area didn't have. Although there was a bit of a wait, I was assisted by several kind and helpful workers including the customer service, flooring, register and outside staff. Everyone attempted to give me their best.

Tons of merchandise to DIY repairs at home/business. Easy to find an item with the labels on each aisle. Just look for the item online before going to the store and you will find its exact location/availability. On less busy hours it is difficult to find an associate to help you.

Pretty much the worst Home Depot in the chain. I ordered a tool chest with delivery and an extra fee for inside delivery. After the delivery truck refused to carry it up the 6 stairs from the street, I was unable to resolve the problem with the store through the corporate Home Depot service line. They even hung up on the service person attempting to help me with redelivery. Calling the store was pointless as well. They seem incapable of customer service or problem resolution. The national customer service number ended up canceling my order and replacing it through the Elmont location.

This Home Depot leaves WAY too much to be desired. The employees are almost 90% Jamaican, and being raised by them, they always seem to lack professionalism and courtesy. My husband needed wooden boards cut and the 2 men there made it a much bigger task than need be. Rather than taking our measurements and cutting our boards, they keep repeating unnecessary information, wasting time. Then we get to the register and some old Jamaican woman with glasses and curly hair waved us away. We ignored her rudeness then moved on, but I asked her why would she wave away customers if her register was open. She then became rude and indignant IMMEDIATELY by trying to explain what she was doing, screaming childishly. Since she was clearly confused, I repeated to her that waving us away is exactly what she did and recommended that she relax. The selection of items is great at this location, which is my reasoning for coming back. AVOID THE OLD WOMAN WITH THE CURLY HAIR AND GLASSES.
