I ordered some tile grout online to have it delivered. I checked the order status and shows that its been delivered but I never received the merchandise. When I called she said it's been delivered and the picture was taken. I asked for the picture but the representative I spoke to claim that she cannot send me the picture and then she forwards the call to someone else and the phone is still ringing. No one is picking up. She actually compared Home Depot to Amazon. I use Amazon for pretty much everything. I would've bought the grout at Amazon but the delivery date was too far off. Please don't compare yourself to Amazon. For all the times I've used Amazon, I never had this issue. I just lost $113.94. Will never ever order for delivery with Home Depot at College Point!!!!

Employees have no clue what aisle has what. Sent on a wild goose chase for sprinkler supplies to find out that the store doesn't carry it.

Do yourselves a favor and never come to this location. Workers are lazy and not helpful at all, you ask one person for something and they keep sending you to different people that don't k ow what they're talking about. I asked them to please bring 25 buckets of compound to my truck with the forklift and they said it's not enough for them to use the forklift, the guy brings me a small little cart and tells me to to multiple runs. It's funny because I left and went to a building supply 5 blocks away and they had no issues whatsoever bringing everything to my truck with the forklift. I had other items asides from the compound, the best part of it all it was actually cheaper. If I could give this location zero stars I would have.

paint dept no service forever. Just wait there over 30 minutes. No even one appears on the station. Talk to other people, they just keep saying I’m not working here balabala. I said can you find someone? They just walk away. Horrible management.

I love this area because it offered varieties of plants. Their garden is bigger then others and more pots choices. There are alot of cashiers too!

It has good inventory, but hard to find someone to help you, which makes the whole experience not as good as it could be, plenty of parking and not too crowded

Disappointing. Too much stuff in garden/plant/flower section. Cannot even walk through with the cart, no less turn around. Squirrels running around, over stock in lighting section. The outside area definitely needs some service, security. I watched a guy walk away with about 20 red mandavilla containers! I looked around, no employees, I went back inside, told garden cashier, he didn't say anything, just proceeded to scan me out?! When I "found" security, it was too late, and he just said, "I'm the only guard". What a joke.

All I can say is Big Shot A-MAZ-ING!!! I have been overwhelmed with organizing my apartment. My friend came up with the idea of building a cabinet / storage unit. We go to HD and was sent straight to an angel to cut our wood. Big shot not only wood he built the unit for me. Omg one more thing off my plate. I will be forever grateful to Big Shot and HD for having such a dedicated and talented associate. Thank you so much Big Shot!!

Very nice and organized place , has lots of parking and many amenities for customers. As far as help there are people but not so many to choose from you need to wait to fond some one to.find. lots of parking. Lots of items tonchoose from and to buy.
