5 Best bathroom supply store in Queens, New York (NY) 2024

Terrible Delivery Service. DO NOT DO DELIVERY!!! I ordered concrete blocks for a retaining wall a week before the scheduled delivery. The DAY OF THE SCHEDULED DELIVERY, they call me to tell me it is NOT IN STOCK. I had people waiting to work so had to find something else for them to do. I schedule another delivery for 5 days later after confirming with store they have the item. They give you a TIME FRAME 6AM TO 8PM, which is crazy in my opinion, especially if someone needs to be there to accept it. For hours I tried to reach the store to get a better approximate time, but no one even answered. When finally someone picks up, they just tell me the driver will call when hes on the way. They even refunded me $300 off the order for screwing up the first time, but that was still not worth the aggravation. I should've just went to a masonry yard. I am never doing home depot delivery again. ~Jack

This HomeGoods is one of my favorite locations. The staff is really good at making sure shopping carts are cleaned and monitoring the number of customers. The store is really big and each section is organized by department. They always have great items for unbeatable prices. ~Kiki

It has good inventory, but hard to find someone to help you, which makes the whole experience not as good as it could be, plenty of parking and not too crowded ~carlos

We renovated our bathroom a year ago and we worked with Raanan "Rani" and he was exceptional!! He walked us through step-by-step and explained exactly what we needed and how to get it done. We live in a pre-war coop building and he had excellent advice throughout the project. I recommend Blackman because their products are great and the prices are comparable. I highly recommend working with Rani and the folks in the Flushing Store because the service and knowledge were essential for a project like a bathroom gut rehab. ~Jessica
