Had a Great experience my first time shopping at this showroom. The showroom is clean and well lite. The salesperson, Raymond Jean, was knowledgeable and not pushy like other sales people . Contact Agreement Purchase As promised delivery date they never delivery my ordered. They kept lying 🤥 for more than dozen times, still hopefully waiting.After around 4/5 months ,store manager offers refund as I did. Now It’s been more than 7 months no updates, No refund approval. I tried every possible way to get contact, No results.Worst business service ever.Hope some one good people help me from this situation. ~Prakash

This HomeGoods is one of my favorite locations. The staff is really good at making sure shopping carts are cleaned and monitoring the number of customers. The store is really big and each section is organized by department. They always have great items for unbeatable prices. ~Kiki

We were looking for a contemporary dining room soon and were happy to find a furniture store in Queens with a great selection of contemporary pieces. Were greeted and helped by Carlos who very proffessionally and patiently walked us through the samples and catalogues. Since we were not ready to buy the set right away, he respectfully followed up with me via e-mail. We returned back to purchase the set only because Carlos made us feel as if we were the most important customers and listened to our needs. Now, we are the happy owners of a new dining room set! The delivery was scheduled very swiftly since the set was available at the warehouse. Look forward to having delicous meals with our friends and family! I bought a couch from them for my first apartment. I paid $1500 for a chair and loveseat that I later saw on Wayfair and every other layaway type furniture store for almost half the price if not less! The delivery guy could tell I wasn’t really sure about the set once I saw the size (since they didn’t have a model in the store this was my first time seeing the physical furniture). He put the set together so fast that I didn’t notice that he didn’t put the hardware on the right track. Now my couch is unleveled and the back is lopsided. Do not buy anything from Alex Furniture!!! They will rip you off in a heart beat. ~Cheryl

Steven Slate is Really great! Sounds almost like a chant, but that still fits considering how happy I am with the service and attention to detail Steven showed me. When I went in, I knew I wanted to try a Purple mattress, but that's about all I knew. I had **tons** of questions and started peppering him with them immediately. Not only was Steven able to answer all my questions, but he did so in a way that felt personal and relatable, all while never once making me feel like it was 'too much'. It was even more than that. I have a platform bed that I really wanted to use an adjustable frame with, but this required me literally sawing out parts of the platform to work with it, and this required knowing exact measurements of where the legs were, how high it was, what the clearances were, etc. I sent Steven an email saying 'I know this is a lot to ask, but could you measure these for me?' Not only did he do so, but even drew it out so it was very clear where all the measurements were. As a result, my purchase worked out even better than I expected as you can see from the attached photos. Simply put, Steven and Mattress Firm Steinway made me feel incredibly welcome and clearly went above and beyond to make sure what I got wasn't just what I needed, but what I wanted as well. I **highly** recommend this store, and Steven in particular. If you do go, tell him Mark says hi! ~Mark
