My friend ordered dining table since January. Deposit $300 Full price $1K+. She been Waiting until now July (knows as back up , never get her table for theirs kids and never got refund. I can’t believe this store was scamming people like that. Be aware for this store.

Contact Agreement Purchase As promised delivery date they never delivery my ordered. They kept lying 🤥 for more than dozen times, still hopefully waiting.After around 4/5 months ,store manager offers refund as I did. Now It’s been more than 7 months no updates, No refund approval. I tried every possible way to get contact, No results.Worst business service ever.Hope some one good people help me from this situation.

HORRIBLE experience with Huffman Koos. I bought a couch from them that they said they could delivery a couple days later. The next day they told me it would be several weeks before they could deliver it. I decided to cancel the order (as they said I would be able to cancel up to 72 hours prior to delivery) and they never sent cancellation confirmation and every time I call or leave a message they don't pick up and don't call back. I've tried emailing and calling countless times and they've completely ghosted and the charge remains on my account. They are a complete scam. I would never purchase from them again. Absolutely disgusting, never buy from here. They are terrible.

My husband Ed and I came to the store looking for a loveseat for our music room. We were shown several, and given details on the durability of the various fabrics, styles and price ranges. Santana is cordial, knowledgable and intuitive with regard to the store's inventory. We had initially experienced a change of heart with regard to our first purchase, but when we came back to the store to cancel it- he remembered that I had loved one particular leather loveseat from that prior visit. We revisited that loveseat... and we bought it! It's coming Friday; we love the comfort and beauty of it, and we are really looking forward:) Santana's good memory and personal style definitely helped us choose this quality piece of furniture.

It is a Minus 5 stars review!!! Not even a zero… This store is a scam! Everyone should avoid buying anything from this company. We purchased a dining set in November, and the sales manager Steve told us that there was a delay with delivery lately, but they have it in stock, so we will have our furniture delivered in the beginning of January, by January 12th to be exact. Obviously when we didn’t get any delivery we called him to ask what had happened, he gave us another date, a week later we went to the store and have been told that they had only chairs, so we agreed to have delivered at least chairs, and the table was supposed to come on January 29th…then on February 15th, then on February 21st…and every time we are trying to get some information from the customer service they give us another date… or transfer us to the store, and Steve never picks up the phone, or simply hang up. Now they scheduled a new date, March 11th. Their explanation for all this nightmare and chaos is that the table hasn’t been manufactured yet, they have only a base, but the top is missing…it’s been 4 month, is it so hard to manufacture a top?! It’s not like they receive the parts from all over the world, their manufacture is right here, Upstate NY, and we live in Astoria. That’s not how you conduct your business, when you promise something to your customers you have to make sure they will have it on the exact date and in the impeccable condition, that’s how you show your respect and your professionalism. Otherwise you are a complete trash and scam!

It should be a ZERO star here. Not sure it's due to pandemic or their normal way to do business, this is the worst business management you can image. After ordered the items in stocks from their NYC local store, nightmares come at every step. 1)even taking more than 15 minutes most time, you normally could not talk to their customer service. They ensured they can but failed to handle delivery insurance document, had to cancel delivery for the first time. 2) 2nd time, they delivered only 1 set of the items, but missed most of the order funnily because the order is too long, and they could not see it all. 3) Even with this 1 set of item, They also had broken item and had to re-order. 4) finally they arranged delivery again, but this time just sent a wrong tiny item I never ordered. The items we ordered are still in their stocks. How funny is this business? when will they go bankrupt?

We purchased a nice dining table however the service was very mediocre. The seller acted like they didn’t want to sell anything and disregarded our input. They said it would take minimum 5-8 weeks to arrive even though they had already said it could come in 4 days. We were also interested in a painting however they said it would take a long time to come and it seemed like they didn’t care about selling it. It was the first time we went there and we are very disappointed.

Ordered furniture that will be delivered 5-6 months from now because we wanted a certain color and design in our living room set and due to the Pandemic, we understand it will take time. Stuart was very helpful and patient with us. Didn't give 5 stars yet because we did not get the furniture yet, but so far customer service is great.

My mom and I came into Huffman Koo’s on Martin Luther King Jr. Day. The idea was just to browse and get an idea of what kind of furniture they had. Upon entering we were immediately greeted and very much welcomed by sales associate Steve. He was extremely pleasant and asked us if we needed help, and if we were looking for anything specific. We told him what we were looking for and told us that he’d be happy to help. He showed us some very nice sofas, loveseats and recliners. He suggested that we feel them out and get comfortable with it to see if it was to our liking. He asked us all appropriate questions about what materials we preferred and if any of the items he’d shown us were within our budget. His level of customer service was amazing as well as his expertise about furniture. Above all, he wasn’t at all pushy and nothing felt forced. My mom and I left with new furniture, exactly what we were looking for and smiles on our faces. The entire staff at Huffman Koo’s was very pleasant and helpful. Steve was great! We will definitely recommend going to him for any furniture inquiries. The prices at Huffman Koo’s are great, very lovely furniture, a lot to choose from and wonderful customer service!

Stuart is a very thorough, competent and easy to work with salesman. He went the extra mile to ensure that we would get the couch that matches our exact specifications, requirements and needs. He was also very knowledgeable about the products sold in the store and was transparent on how the manufacturer warranty and added protection plan work. Overall it was a very good experience and we look forward to getting our couch. Unfortunately, it’s about a 6 month wait due to COVID, but it’s not a reflection on the store or on Stuart since this is the case everywhere.
