Called to verify they had the part I needed in stock. They did so I headed down to the store. When I arrived there was one customer in front of me. I patiently waited my turn only to have other customers walk right in front of me after the employees seen me waiting for help. The employees of course went right to helping them and ignored me waiting. I seen the customers drive up get out and blatantly ignore the line of people waiting. The gentlemen behind me walked out as he was furious. The employees should have advised there was a line and they had to wait there turn instead of blowing off the customers patiently waiting. I have had nothing but problems from auto zone. For now on I will go to orileys as there customer service is way better and they treat there customers right.

I’m driving up 95 in a rainstorm and my wiper just flies off my car. I pulled off at the first exit, found this Autozone and was treated with such kindness and helpfulness. Keana didn’t make me go through the nonsense of figuring out what I needed - she found my wipers, opened them up and came right outside to help put them on. Kevin came out behind and the two of them expertly fixed me up for my trip. No complaints about the cold or rain - just smiles and helpfulness. Keana and Kevin are gems and I just feel so lucky to have had an emergency with them nearby.

I would like to say thank you to the nicest young lady Keanna that works at this store .My 84 year old mother stopped there on Feb 17th 2022 .She thought her car was tearing up went in to get brake fluid Ms.Keanna came out to help her she was so nice checked her brake fluid for her turns out she was out of oil told her she had a terrible oil leak she paid for an put 3 quarts of oil in her car .Ms keanna done what we call a pass it on we want to thank her for being so nice to our mom ..I called the district manager Mr.Jermaine an expressed our gratitude to her ..Thank you so much for having such a great employee there need to be more like that ..Thank You so much Ms.Keanna an may God bless you

Any auto parts store can sell you auto parts but it is customer service that will win our business every time. Thanks to Jamie R. at our St. Pauls AutoZone for going the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied. You guys are the best!!

Traveling from Maryland to South Carolina and lost a brand new wiper blade. Stopped in St Paul NC store and Gary was fabulous. Helped us find the right wiper blades and even put them on our car! What great customer service!!

One of my new favorite AutoZone's. First trip here was for a check engine light, which they did no problem and even offered tips on how to fix it for free (EGR valve). Loved it! Usually always has what I need, if not they get it next day.

Bradley lacks customer service skills and is less than friendly. As my companion and I were checking out we tried to make friendly conversation with him. He totally blew us of and didn't respond to any questions or statements that we made while directly looking into his face. Very unprofessional. He didn't even act as though he wanted to give me my military discount.. Autozone, ST. PAUL will never get my service again.
