Best appliance store in Queens, New York (NY) 2024

Terrible Delivery Service. DO NOT DO DELIVERY!!! I ordered concrete blocks for a retaining wall a week before the scheduled delivery. The DAY OF THE SCHEDULED DELIVERY, they call me to tell me it is NOT IN STOCK. I had people waiting to work so had to find something else for them to do. I schedule another delivery for 5 days later after confirming with store they have the item. They give you a TIME FRAME 6AM TO 8PM, which is crazy in my opinion, especially if someone needs to be there to accept it. For hours I tried to reach the store to get a better approximate time, but no one even answered. When finally someone picks up, they just tell me the driver will call when hes on the way. They even refunded me $300 off the order for screwing up the first time, but that was still not worth the aggravation. I should've just went to a masonry yard. I am never doing home depot delivery again. ~Jack

It has good inventory, but hard to find someone to help you, which makes the whole experience not as good as it could be, plenty of parking and not too crowded ~carlos

Went in last week to look for a nice TV. Wasn’t too sure which models/brands provided the best picture and quality which was what I was looking for. Thankfully Mr. Hickey was able to provide me with all the pros and cons of various brands and models, helping me decide which TV was best for me. I love the TV and the sound bar Mr. Mike (Manager) threw in for a great deal! Thanks guys! ~AdVo
