you can't find nothing. everything is in such a disarray. only one side of registers open. A/C is broke. there was absolutely nobody on the floors like there use to be straighten things or asking customers if they need help. I look for this kohl's to be closing their doors soon.

It seems as they are normally low on med/small clothes and that if you are looking for something don’t look where it’s supposed to be look everywhere else because nothings folded or neat. I waited maybe 10 minutes for 2 item. Prices are good though! Employees are friendly and helpful!

This calls has a very limited inventory and what inventory they do have is extremely jumbled. It doesn't appear that they have staff to fold clothing, rehang it, or to keep the department accessible because of the mounds of clothing just thrown onto shelves and racks. Trying to find a certain size is like looking for a needle in a haystack. I literally have to pick up every piece of clothing to check the size. Even Walmart has people to refold and straighten their inventory. I would expect a nicer store like Kohl's to do the same. I found the shoe department to be similar and lacking standard sizes. You would see a shoe on display but couldn't find many boxes with that shoe let alone sizes that are in the normal range. I like shopping at Kohl's but I have found that the stores in Indiana are quite lacking. I don't know if that is due to staffing issues or supply chain issues. It may be both.

I've always liked Kohls but these days it's such a mess. I understand short staffed, overworked staff and lazy customers, but the disorganization of this place is crazy. Also why add Sephora? This location is not big enough for it firstly, and now you've put women's and juniors clothing together? Totally different sizes and styles. I can't find anything. This place needs management.

Been going to kohls for years and used to have a kohls card. But not had to use for years. I got up to the line after shopping(which I hate) for 45 minutes and they said I had to use kohls card. They got the manager and he said same thing. Even though my wife was there an hour before me buying stuff and for 30% off with coupon and did NOT use her kohls card. Not happy with kohls. Be consistent with your procedures.

I don't often come here (like, pretty much once every five years), but I locked myself out of my car, so I had to peruse the goods to blow some time. Pretty average prices. Nothing that jumped out at me for the right price, so I just browsed and left emptyhanded when I could. Had a look through their clearance stuff, and they were still trying to get rid of Christmas Decor (it's nearly July, guys) inflated to 4 times the price and sold at a 75% discount. Similarly, a clearance abstract art print about two feet long was "priced" at $250 and graciously marked down to $100. Incredible sales. And I mean that sarcastically. Really, little else to say.

Went to return Amazon items and look at some tops. Amazon returns is it's own section near the back, and was overcrowded with boxes. Staff was pleasant and courteous, and servic6was fast. Only thing I would change is have more obvious signage pointing to Amazon returns area.

I was returning items and did not know the return policy was changed. The women in blonde hair informed me that she has been there 34 years and it did not change. After I told her I had shopped at the store over 10 years. I called customer service and the told me the policy changed in 2019. I called kohls and asked to speak to a manager and she was quite rude. As I was explaining what happen and wanting her to correct the person that misinformed me, the manager was talking over me and tried to tell me other than the truth. Train your employees not to lie to customers and be willing to help without rudness. I will never go to this store again because if the person and her manager.

Love this store. Was able to check prices while shopping. Great selection of clothes for plus size women. Shoes are very nice. Prices is reasonable. A little bit disheveled with items on shelf but you just have to do a little looking. Love the underwear and bra selection too. Cashier didn't take off hangers, didn't explain my kohls cash. Just handed receipt to me and picked up her personal phone to look at. Not sure if she was too busy to work maybe! Lol would recommend store: lots of markdowns! Will return!

My wife wanted to purchase new shoes so we took a visit to this kohls in greenwood. One that we come to frequently due to the service and products. Today that changed and here’s why. My wife wanted to get a coupon scanned to see if it would apply. The older lady that could have easily scanned it and told us if it applied or didn’t decided to instead refuse to scan the coupon and tell us, “ I’ve been here nine years, i think I would know that the brand you’re buying is excluded”. If she has been in the service for nine years I can tell she hasn’t learned anything about being courteous to customers. With this we won’t be returning to kohls and will instead get our products on Amazon.
