Best grocery store in Largo, Florida (FL) 2024

Recommended for the orange twist soft serve ice cream 🍦😋 and it was worth the drive. A neat stop with lots to see a taste. We were told that the ice cream was delicious and reminiscent of the old orange dream and it was great! Highly recommend. ~Bob

This store and franchise has gone down hill BIG TIME since the new ownership. Half of the store's products (especially the meat, dairy and produce) are 2-3 days from the expired dates‼️ Not to mention wrong prices posted verses what rings up at the register. Example... Yesterday 7/10/2022 I go to pick up some pancakes and the price was higher than what it rung up for. I inform her (a New Cashier) of the price difference and she begins to argue with me that I was WRONG and that the computer was right! So I paid for the food and went back to take a picture of the price posted, but she races back ahead of me and removes the price tag before I could take the picture and CONTINUES to argue with me that I was WRONG and that the computer was right! I politely asked for a Manager, who took the price tag from her, apologized and refunded me the price difference. Side note: Had she NOT been so rude, I would have just accepted the new price and walked out of the store. And probably would not have written this review. BUT because she was, here we are 🤷🏾🤷🏾. However, what really made my day had me in tears 😂😂 was ... witnessing the NEXT customer in line pretty much going through nearly the EXACT same type of experience with the cashier that I did 🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️😂😂😂. Now I see why Publix's motto is, "where shopping is a PLEASURE" 😂😂 If you shop at this location, be ready for a "Karen" at the register 😂😂 ~Kristie

Time and time again we go to this store and leave upset. From lack of customer service, them being out of basics like formula for months on end, prices being wrong, issues multiple days in a row with grocery delivery and the old woman who insists on making sure we didn’t steal anything as she watches us ring everything out I would say just go further down the road for a better experience. The absolute lack of training for management or ability to provide an even mediocre experience is astounding. They need to clean house and send in corporate for an entire overhaul. Great location being thrown down the drain do to laziness and just ability to be a normal Human. I would give zero if I could. ~Paige
