I need to start off by saying that this store was clean and the people were friendly and patient.... But that's kind of the problem they were TOO patient. What I mean by that, is when you got a loyalty card from somebody you gave them your name your phone number and possibly your email address. 6 minutes into the process I finally told the cashier I am done answering questions I will pay the full amount! Which brings me to the reason why I cannot stand Walgreens anyway... How can a company actually put something on sale and advertise it as on sale but the only way you get that sale price is to give them all your information? And most places have what is called a courtesy card if you don't shop there very often and you mention it because you want the sale price that they are "sticking" you with, then they will scan the courtesy card for you. I definitely do not need to be giving my money to a business that will only discount items for people's whose information they have and can sell! I will never go to another Walgreens again!

This store on the corner of 66th St and Ulmerton has got to be one of the worst I've ever shopped at, they tried to fill medication for me on multiple times that was under someone else's name and after I left that store because of that and other blunders, they still filled the medication even when I didn't request them. I spoke to the pharmacist today 6/19/22 who said they were on autofill even though I don't have them on that and haven't used their pharmacy in many months. She really has got to learn how to speak with customers that's probably why they have a 3.4 rating for the reviews. Customer service these days it's in the dog house for whatever reason I feel sorry for her.

Went to get a rapid covid test for a cruise on Friday. I chose the pcr test. When I arrived Danielle at the drive up pharmacy explained it would take 3 days before it got back. I explained my situation and she was like well you need a rapid test for that. OK! (I explained the list I had from the cruise line and what I needed) she was like well idk because I don't have your list. OK! Well I'm telling you what the list says can you help a girl out and choose the right test? (Nope I'm told I have to online and select/Cancel the current appt) Well can you do that, no. OK well can you switch the appt to that, no. Fast forward I decide to take the pcr, but Danielle was so demanding condescending and straight up rude throughout the whole process. Just nasty.. i the. Finish with her go inside to speak to the "lead" Mia ee # 4317829 like she's any better. What a joke! I explain what I need, ( a higher up) well apparently this location has no manager. Go figure... no wonder people acting all sorts of crazy. More power to young people in leadership positions but this youngin didn't know how to deescalate and I had to leave because I felt I was talking to my son/daughter. Pathetic store 4800. Never again will go to this location, I know you don't care, but trust. Word spreads fast. And that's bad business for you. The less people who visit, chances are no location will be here. Let me add: this was definitely about the color of my skin. I felt it as soon as I drove up, the lady was treating me very unfairly

I would only suggest going to this Walgreens located on the corner of Ulmerton and 66th street if you like to be talked to like you’re a child or completely ignored. The customer service is basically nonexistent and they don’t even know how to work a security scanner for their own anti theft devices. Be prepared to wait in line while every other worker and management stands in the middle of the store in a circle and talks amongst themselves.

Ernest at the Ulmerton and 66th location went above and beyond a few weeks ago to locate an antibiotic I needed immediately. He called me back within a half an hour to let me know he located it at a near by location! Ernest is super nice, and he is very good at his job! Thank you again, Ernest!

It is always a pleasure shopping Walgreens! I love it that they have so many around! I was in dire need of a Floral bouquet. So I stop there and sure enough they had it it's just beautiful and made my car smells so good LOL! And my daughter appreciate it on very much!

Stellar service for the medical treatment that my wife received! M. Bosko was professional and courteous. She prescribed an inhaler for my wife and after just one dose she stopped breathing hard and has felt great all afternoon! Great to be seen without a long wait too!

I bought an eyelash glue and some other things because I had an occasion. I didn't check the things I bought until the day of the occasion, and I found out that the glue carton was empty, and I was already late for the party!!! I was So disappointed !! Today I went to Walgreens to tell them about my problem, and brought them the glue carton plus the things I bought and instead of making it up for me the employee told me that I might have stolen it !!!! What!!!???? I told her to check the cameras!!! Honey why would I stole a lame lashes glue and purchase things over a 100$ ??? I've traveled world wide and I've never seen such a poor costumer service in my entire life, not even in the poorest countries!!!! Zero stars is the real review!!

Went to use the health clinic inside for lingering cold issue . I made appointment ahead of time and seemed easy enough . I explained on the phone do not have my insurance card and they said won't be a problem . I arrive and everyone I walked passed was extremely friendly and one gentleman even asked if I wanted a water while I waited . Very cool !! However as soon as I was greeted by the "nurse" it went downhill very quick . Her appearance was very unprofessional and her willingness to help matched her appearance . I told her I did not have my card but they provided me with a number to use and she flat out refused to help me or even explain . I had someone from my work use same place last week with 0 issues . I'm glad she refused me because now that I have had time to think about it I don't want health help from someone like that .
