Went to 3 other Walgreens and they were out of my mom's meds. None of them told me her address had to be written on the script when I left it. I called ahead to check stock, they had it. Went to drop it off and they refused to fill it because the address wasn't on it. Why are all Walgreens not uniform? Can't even check other locations for stock.

So first I called at 4:00 p.m. and they told me my prescription will be ready at 6:00. So I leave home at quarter after 7:00. Stand in line for 20 minutes to then be told it's going to take another hour. Then I stop at Publix real fast and I get home 20 minutes later and then I get a text message that it's ready. My last visit my prescription was sitting there ready and I never got a text message ever. Then I got charged $15 more than I should have because they didn't include my coupon. So been a loyal customer to Walgreens but yeah that's starting to wear off..

You can't get anyone on the phone in the pharmacy ever. The automated prescription refill doesn't work if you have multiple prescriptions, as every time it tries to connect me with someone who can help but nobody ever picks up the line. I tried this location because the Belleair Bluffs location's pharmacy's hours are short. Guess I'll give CVS a try.

This Walgreens location is very understaffed. Even though the staff are very friendly. If you are looking for cold beer Skip this location. Nobody ever fills up the cooler and The top beer brands are warm on the aisle.

I would select 0 stars if an option. They say they offer curbside contactless pick up but they will not bring your order out or answer the phone. You will not get customer service or find barely any products at this location. There are plenty of other walgreens, please save your time and choose other locations! Trust me, this place is a waste.

The pharmacy unfortunately has really taken a downhill turn after about 2018 I have been using this pharmacy for many many many years, I used to actually brag about how I drive over 15 miles just because I enjoyed using there pharmacy. I didn’t mind driving to another city knowing my medication would be the same price and seemingly not have any issues at all. However, now it’s almost like I get nervous every time it’s time to get my monthly medication. 3 days ago I was told I could come get my medication and it is still not ready yet, mind you I am not using insurance I am paying cash out of pocket so there shouldn’t be any issue at all with really anything. But here we are day 4 on a maintenance medication I must take daily and well I can’t. When I call they say it will be ready in an hour ( after waiting on hold over 15 min) and I say okay then nothing. Honestly this is probably poor management and these employees are over worked I don’t want to change pharmacies but the management here really needs to help there team.

Manager who was helping at photo desk last night around 11pm also assisted me with my request. Very quick efficient and exceptional customer service skills. Also I highly recommend this store..I live closeby. Always there for my family...by the Pharmacy and front register and staff ALL at this store. No matter how busy... they take time to get a mgr. To help with your concerns! Even phone calls are handled quickly and courteously. Even late night calls for help finding products. When it comes to our health and beauty needs this is the top store to trust to do an excellent 5* job in my opinion. Thanks 😊 Katie

The pharmacy here is the absolute worst. The foreign lady with dark hair doesn’t care about customer service. Both recent times I’ve gone here to pick up a prescription she told me they didn’t have it. Then find out she didn’t even have my name right and wasn’t looking up the right info. Then she told me I already picked up my medication at another Walgreens. Turns out she wasn’t even looking at the right prescription I was trying to fill. What a joke. Don’t bother with this location.
