really?? no pharmacist. so, how do i pick up my child's medication?? you can go to another walgreens and they will transfer it. right. and i will have to wait how long??? blank stare with her mouth hanging open.

I just called this pharmacy with a question. A lady called Valerie answer the phone and was extremally rude and disrespectful from the very beginning of the call as I was trying to explain to her the reason for the call. Then she just hanged up the phone. Later someone else picked up and said that they were just busy. I am really busy as well but I take care of my clients, always. I have been coming to this pharmacy for years and everybody is really nice. But it seems that every time that I have to deal with this Valery is always a hassle. The only reason that I have not transfer all my prescriptions to another company is because the pharmacist, Jeromy, and the other ladies on staff. Learn to respect your clients because after all, that is the reason you have a job.

I have been going to this location since I was a kid. Always a positive experience here. Staff is very friendly and are always willing to help. I don't live as close to this location as I used to, however, I try to stop in every once and a while when I am in the area. I love this store and I hope it sticks around forever!

Pharmacy has messed up my prescriptions a number of times, and cashiers are clueless about promotions the store is running. This Walgreens is very close to my house or I would change to CVS in a heartbeat.

Always go to this Walgreens and great pharmacy but yesterday, the girl who gave me my prescription had her mask just covering her mouth. Come on, you're working in the pharmacy, handling prescriptions, wear your mask properly.

I am blown away but how much the Pharmacy Manager, Drin M and his staff went out of the way to help me save money on my perscription. I am not feeling well but they made my visit easy and help me save over $100 on my prescription. In times like this, I am glad to know that Walgreens, Drin M and his staff have my back! Thank you!

Let me start by saying the reason I gave it 1 star is for the pharmacy. Matt and Pang are always a pleasure to do business with. It’s close to my home, so if I’m on my way home. I’ll stop in for a few things. Now, I’ve been getting the same prescription filled there for over a year. I normally use a CVS for prescriptions but after consulting my insurance, I found that for this particular medicine, it was less expensive at Walgreens. My Dr, whom I’ve had for awhile and is the one who did my procedure and writes my prescription is in another town. But like I said. It’s close to my home so I fill it there. This pharmacist, I don’t know her name. But she is blonde and probably around 50ish. Has not only given me a hard time about filling it. But I’ve spoken to others about her and they too have had issues with her. She is rude. She told me she didn’t feel comfortable filling my prescription because the Dr was in 1 county over the bridge. She acts like she owns the place and why I get this medicine is none of her business. So yesterday she refused to fill it. Not only did she refuse to fill it, she told everyone in the waiting area my personal business via the phone in drive thru. She violated my Hippa rights and embarrassed me beyond measure. I have made a report to corporate and will definitely follow through with my complaint. Btw, I drove to the Walgreens on Duhme rd and they had no problems with filling it. So it’s obviously personal. I’ve never been rude to her until yesterday. I will go back to the store itself, but she will never touch another prescription from me. And I intend to get her name for my complaint..

Been shopping here for over 3 years. Always great service until today. Matt and the team is usually great but please take Luna off the register. She is argumentative with customers when the stores credit card terminal was not working properly and couldn't process my transaction with my preferred form of payment. I called my bank in the parking lot and they confirmed it was the terminal. I walked back in the store to tell her according to my bank it was the terminal and she told me everyone else has been using it ...must be my card.....Wow
